I went from December 24th to 28th, 2025, with my family. I received a wonderful welcome from Giusy, who was fantastic, and her husband, Osvaldo. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff was excellent, not to mention the chef, Emilio, whose food was excellent, 5-star. I recommend you go for your next vacation; I'll personally be back in the spring. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff.

We stayed at Hotel Fai the first week of September because my children were participating in a gymnastics camp at the Palazzo dello Sport, which is right across the street. It was our second year here, and every time we return, we feel like we're part of the family. The food is excellent, the rooms spotless, the service excellent, and the staff truly exceptional! We can't wait to return.

Great place to stay in, the breakfast was delicious and the management are very friendly.
Osvaldo was very nice and greeted us with fresh Italian espresso for breakfast.

A wonderful week ended yesterday, everything was positive. The family who owns the hotel is always attentive, helpful, and so friendly! Their young son, Giuseppe, shows promise, already attentive to table service, is polite, and always smiling. His young colleague, too, is delightful. Well done everyone!!
