Winter 2025/26. We were here on the evening of December 31: pizza + cuisine menu. Everything was excellent! We returned for Sunday lunch because it was nice, quiet, and unhurried. The dumplings and the cheek were delicious. Excellent ingredients. The place is simple, clean, and the staff is helpful and very friendly. We'll be back.

Andrea, Rosy, and Mirco are incredibly friendly, know the region well, and are truly welcoming. The restaurant and bar are open all day and for dinner. Miriam makes excellent drinks and is a wonderful hostess. If you're passing through Caoria, be sure to take the Highlander!

I love it. The pizza is great and also the plates. A good opportunity to taste good funghi from the region and sausage from Caoria. The polenta is also delicious.

04/02/2026: After stopping earlier for breakfast, we wanted to try the restaurant: good luck! We tried tagliatelle with venison ragù and fried fish. Good, really good... and plentiful. The chef came to make sure everything was fine. But what can we say other than to be generous with his manners? The only criticism we can make is that if the prawns had been opened on the back, they would have been easier to unhook.
17/01/2026: I really want to give the cuisine more than 5 stars. Chef Ugo is amazing. I ate scialatielli with clams, bottarga, and cherry tomatoes, the best I've ever had. 👑
