The only downside: the rooms have amenities and furnishings that date back to the second half of the last century. Aside from that, the WiFi wasn't working for guests. The stay was superb.

On its own private beach, but you'll need a car to get to Formia town center, though it's only a 3-minute drive. This is an "old" hotel that could use a major renovation.
