Order the tenderloin which was great. Wife took the trout pasta and she just loved it. Service was great with the waiter telling us all about the food and wines suggestions to match it to the food. A bit on the pricy end but I can recommend it.

Excellent experience, we came on holiday and I must say that we didn't have a good time in Canazei in terms of good food, but in this restaurant everything was perfect, starting from the service which was really excellent, exquisite food, the best dumplings I've tried in the area. Advised

I had a special birthday meal last night and we had a really lovely evening at El Pael. As a wine lover, the chance to go into the cellar and pick out a couple of spectacular bottles was fantastic. The service was really first class as well. Genuinely great evening

We ate dinner at this restaurant, the modern environment and furnishings integrate well with some typical mountain details that make the atmosphere very suggestive. The staff were very professional and courteous. The food was to our liking with a very tasty menu. Highly recommended for the most refined palates and for those who love good food.
Price a little high but given the quality of the service and the raw materials it is to be expected. We will definitely be back!

Four of us dined at this restaurant and were seated at a fantastic table in the cozy indoor dining area. We opted for the tasting menu, which offered generous portions and an excellent variety of dishes. The presentation, flavors, and service were truly impeccable. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the impressive selection available. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we highly recommend it. Our final bill came to €265, including a bottle of wine—well worth it for the quality and experience.

Avsmakningsmeny var en fantastisk upplevelse med mat och vin av en annan värld! Ändå var upplägg och service inte pretentiöst på något sätt.
Att vi var en stor grupp om 17 personer var en utmaning för Roberto & co. Men de klarade det galant. Stort tack för hjälpen och ytterst trevligt bemötande!
