A very beautiful and elegant place. Very attentive service, and the waiter who served us was very helpful. The typical Sardinian dishes were very tasty and well-prepared—a truly delightful surprise in the Trentino mountains! Prices were average. If we were to pass through that area again, we would definitely return.

Amazing! Aside from the lovely surprise of finding a slice of Sardinia in the heart of Trentino, the fantastic thing is that tasting the various dishes transports you back to the island. I was a bit obsessed with Italian food, so I had vongole and amatriciana and was completely satisfied. The vongole tasted like seafood kalguksu with lots of clams, and it was delicious. I also highly recommend the pom pom! :)

We were there in early October. The swordfish and octopus were sumptuous. The pasta stuffed with mashed potatoes was a real discovery. Finally, a Sardinian dessert—Seadas—made with cheese and honey wrapped in fried dough was delicious. We highly recommend the food and the service was very helpful.

02/11/2025: I have been there twice over the years for ceremonies and it confirms itself to be an excellent restaurant, truly good and quality food with many non-obvious vegetarian options.

We'd like to extend a very special thank you to Julia – we were truly impressed by her friendliness, warmth, and attentiveness. The entire team was also incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We would especially like to emphasize the cleanliness throughout the hotel – everything was immaculately maintained and created an all-around pleasant feeling of well-being. Everything, from the room to the service to the atmosphere, was simply perfect. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back 🥰❤️
