The beers are unique and original in both quality and style, the result of passion and dedication in both production and presentation. We've purchased both directly from the brewery and through the website, and the responsiveness and service are excellent, so much so that we've gifted BIONOC vouchers to friends who can now buy whatever they want, whenever they want. We recommend a tasting of BIONOC beers and, possibly, a visit to the brewery: it'll be a wonderful experience.

We were fortunate enough to have a virtually private tasting tour with Fabio, the owner. The passion and expertise that exudes from every word he says will leave you feeling confident and convinced that you're entering something more than a brewery; it's a place that combines years of research and a boundless desire to constantly improve the products offered (we're looking forward to the new series in a few months ;) ). After being refused payment for the tour (and after tasting three superb beers), we had no choice but to purchase the "Traveler's Box" so we could try them all remotely. It's the best beer in the world, and do you know why? Besides Fabio's skill and ingenuity, the water is out of this world. I recommend following the brewery for important news and to taste and choose your favorite beer. Mine are the Alta Vienna and the IPA, but I'm not ruling out expanding my list!

I discovered this brewery through a place at the Primiero fair and this year I stocked up on excellent beer.

I should point out, in case it wasn't clear, that this is a brewery, not a pub. I was fortunate and pleased to attend the workshop presentation, which included an explanation of the brewing process, and to taste a couple of beers, one of which was tapped directly from the barrel and ready to be bottled. I only tasted a few of the ones I later purchased, and personally, I found them excellent.
