Biba's In Calceranica al lago

We ate here two years ago and were looking forward to a delicious repeat this year. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The service and ambiance are still very good, but the quality of the food has declined. The pizza we chose, with the thin and crispy base we requested, was unfortunately thin and soft. The fried seafood was only lightly fried and blandly seasoned, and the accompanying fries were of poor quality; they were simply bad. The bruschetta was super delicious, and the spaghetti carbonara was okay. I have no idea if the chef or the owner has changed, but the revised menu, with its hawker-style feel, remains and doesn't call for a repeat. It's a real shame, because two years ago it was really good, but now it simply no longer meets our taste for delicious Italian cuisine. Too bad…

We highly recommend this restaurant. The service was super friendly, and the ambiance was very nice (especially in the evenings on the terrace). We had appetizers, pizza, and pasta. Everything was delicious, with generous portions and good value for money. We'd love to come back☺️

A very beautiful place, with an outdoor terrace, a large glass-walled dining room, and a richly wooded interior reminiscent of a Bavarian Stube. Friendly staff and very good food. Plus, there's ample parking for guests.

Great place to go. We ate here twice and had drinks once at the bar upstairs. We were impressed by the great atmosphere, the fast service, and the personal touch. They even gave us a little something to take home after our last dinner. Highly recommended if you're in Calceranica!

We stopped for a post-dinner drink on the upstairs terrace. The place is cozy, with tables and sofas. The cocktails are good, but definitely overpriced and limited in quantity.

Super nice place right by the lake. There are both indoor and outdoor seats. Dinner is served from 6 pm. Until then, ice cream is served. Dogs are welcome.

Good, not great. Friendly and helpful staff. Average food. Fair prices. Let's give the food a 4 and everything else a 5.

Siamo stati ieri con la mia famiglia. Punto di forza indiscusso il servizio, un team giovane, preparato e sempre sorridente, un piacere vederli lavorare! Location carina ed ampia. Tanti menù per bambini, noi abbiamo preso un bel tagliere, buonissimi canederli ed un primo che ci hanno consigliato (avevano ragione!!). Anche dei gelati carinissimi dedicati per i bambini. Prezzo giusto e quindi non posso che consigliarvi questo locale
