Rifugio Baita Tonda

14/07/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale con la mia famiglia durante la nostra vacanza a Folgaria. La baita sorge proprio a due passi dagli impianti di risalita di Serrada ed offre una fantastica vista sulle montagne circostanti, con una bella terrazza sulla quale si puo' mangiare godendosi il fantastico panorama. Consiglio vivamente il piatto unico con Polenta, Funghi, Formaggio Fuso e Luganega, ma anche i Wurstel con le patatine fritte sono molto buoni. Per chi vuole rimanere leggere ottima anche l'Insalata Rustica. Da bere ottime le birre chiare, molto gustose e rinfrescanti. Personale gentile e disponibile ma prezzi decisamente sopra la media del posto.
28/06/2025: Durante il nostro soggiorno a Folgaria abbiamo deciso di percorrere il sentiero (di media difficoltà) da Serrada a Forte Dosso delle Somme (costruito nel corso della Prima Guerra Mondiale), attraversando il caratteristico sentiero della Forra del Lupo. Durante la camminata ci siamo fermati in questo rifugio assaggiando pappardelle al ragù di selvaggina, un buonissimo strudel trentino e sacher. Personale cortese, raggiungibile facilmente con la vicinissima seggiovai. Prezzi nella media dei rifugi testati in zona Folgaria anche se un po' altini.

12/09/2025: The food is good and also good quality for the price but only if you find the right waitress because for the second time we had the waitress was not professional at all with us. After a long wait (others who came in at the same time as us were served and the food also arrived) she arrives there I ask what is the least of the day you tell me trecette (they were beef strips) and I ask them home are and she answers me read the least instead of looking at us an arrogance never seen to the height after having ordered she adds the icing on the cake telling me here and so if you like it wait if you don't go away then I left it is true that they are stressed and that it goes there from waiting and they have a lot to do but a smile was enough and everything changed just say a word (we are sorry) period instead she wastes the time arguing with a customer... the food is good we have always been like customers but since they changed a couple of girls the service has dropped it can be good as long as the kitchen wants but the service is important. but even if they give food away they can allow a customer to treat like that
