Already like the atmosphere, food, staff. Landlady Paula controls everything, cooks, communicates with guests. I recommend The only downside: there is no alternative milk for coffee: such as coconut or soy milk. But these are little things. :)

Il Tiglio pizza restaurant; you can get there easily, it is located in Varallo Sesia right in front of the train station. For those who have never seen Varallo Sesia, it is a mountain town, with its own history rich in tourism at all times of the year, with the sacred mountain and 10 days of July where the "ALPÁA" event takes place every year festival with concerts, art, sports, crafts and much more. From the Tiglio restaurant, a beautiful walk on the sidewalks starts to visit the center of Varallo Sesia and its wonders. The welcome in the restaurant is excellent, the welcoming and smiling staff accompanies us to a table we booked. We note that the furnishings range from rustic to modern mountain style which puts customers at ease. The wait for service is quite long, the restaurant is full, once we ordered we didn't wait long. The pizzas are really excellent, the dough is delicious and cooked to perfection. For dessert, another long wait and we had to call to be noticed. I'm honest, the staff are busy and don't spare a single second, they run and despite the large amount of work, they are always smiling and available. 5 stars for the staff. 5 stars for the quality of the food. Highly recommended place, but you need to have a little patience to get served.

Aesthetically very nice place. Ordered some polenta and toma ravioli, very good and priced within the norm (€10). Very wide choice of desserts, ordered a very good tiramisu. Only flaws that need to be improved: 1) Ordered a piece of toma, in my opinion the price was a little high (€6) 2) The bread that is served at the table is not fresh, it is dry and not pleasant 3) the portion of ravioli should be slightly increased Otherwise a pleasant dinner.
