17/01/2026: As a designer of large kitchens in Trento, I visit many restaurants, but Nishiki Sushi remains one of my favorites in Riva del Garda. The quality of the fish is consistently high, and the attention to detail in the plating is evident in every course. 🍣✨ We recently brought a friend here who had never eaten sushi before: he was thrilled, which speaks volumes about the restaurant's ability to inspire even the most skeptical to appreciate Asian cuisine. The atmosphere is refined, and the service is always prompt. Among the many quality options Garda offers, this one stands out for its freshness and professionalism. Highly recommended for an evening that never disappoints!
