Bar Carosi In

Only the location is excellent. We stopped in passing for a quick break but the short time was enough to decide not to pass by again. The first impression is that of a scruffy and not very clean place: the glass cups for serving the ice cream placed in the window are extremely dirty. The counter of sweets and pastries was inviting until we noticed the black/green fly (also known as the me..da) that fluttered beautifully from one tiramisu to another. We opted for ice cream which wasn't particularly different from the one bought at the supermarket. Disappointment!

I've been here twice while in Italy and both were great, service, coffee and food, everything great, highly recommended 🥳👍

A very nice restaurant in an incredibly charming place in the crater of an extinct volcano next to the Apostolic Church overlooking the lake. At the back there is a nice garden with umbrellas. Very pleasant service. Prices are low for a restaurant

I left the ❤️ there!!! Having moved from Castel Gandolfo to Piedmont for more than 20 years now, every time I return to my beloved country it is a fixed stop in the legendary Carosi bar, an amazing location, Stefano great, unique, inimitable, brilliant host, breakfast and/or aperitif and /or ice cream enjoyed sitting at its tables in the splendid square, it's really a lot of stuff!! Seeing is believing!!!

I live in Turin but, having married a chatelaine, every time I go down, I make a regular stop at Stefano's bar, enchanting location, top cappuccinos and aperitifs and he......really, truly, truly very nice and an excellent host! !!!

Ci sono stato oggi pomeriggio, con mia mamma ed altri amici, ho preso un gelato buono e c'è una bella piazza con una bella chiesa, ne vale la pena andare a vederla

A random choice resuling in tasting a very good dark chocolate and natural tasting pistachio gelato. Smooth machiatto n cappuccino !! A pleasant surprise!
