We stopped in here to refuel after a day of skiing; the food was very good, the prices fair, and the traditional decor made the experience even more positive! I'd like to point out the excellent work of the waitress, who was kind and friendly! (Thank you)

17/03/2025: Locale molto carino, accoglienza molto garbata e professionale, carta dei vini interessante. Ho messo 4 e non 5 solo perché in alcune proposte non trovo il nesso con il territorio, per il resto tutto molto bene
07/12/2024: War mit 3 Freunden dort. Knapp außerhalb der Altstadt in einem netten Viertel hinter der Kirche San Apollinare. Kleines, wunderbar heimeliges Lokal. Trentiner Klassiker, aber die Wirtsleute aus dem Latium haben auch anderes zu bieten wie den Polpo. Vorzüglich waren Kalsbries und Lammrückem! Kurzum es war sehr schön im Libertino. Sehr guter Service!
