Delicious lunch. If you're looking for a place nestled in the mountains that retains its rustic, authentic charm, Nido Verde is for you. Efficient and friendly table service, the dishes were simply DELICIOUS. It felt like we'd stepped back in time to when I used to come to Lavarone with my beloved grandparents as a child. A blast from the past, but with the convenience of modern service. A quality overnight stay from days gone by, excellent and comfortable, with the typical mountain warmth. We can't wait to return with the family. The perfect destination, even for a simple pit stop.

The rooms are fine, generally clean, but moderately well-maintained and rather noisy. The hosts are extremely friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The half-board dinners, the first courses, were first-class. The main courses were mediocre, and the desserts weren't good at all. Overall, we found it simply too expensive for the overall package. Hence, only three stars from me. We strongly recommend eating à la carte instead. The prices are quite high, for which I have no immediate explanation.

My review concerns the restaurant only. A rustic and welcoming location, the staff are friendly and attentive. Their cuisine is their strong point. Excellent traditional dishes, made with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The tagliatelle with venison ragù was exceptional. Definitely the best place I've eaten so far in the Folgaria area.

19/03/2025: Un pranzo stupendo. Arrivati dopo una bella camminata ( percorso che presenta un minimo di dislivello dal parcheggio della Baita Alpina) immersi nella bellezza dell Dolomiti . Arrivati probabilmente in una delle giornate più calde d inverno e affollate ci hanno fatto accomodare in una stanzina molto accogliente. Il rifugio è curato nei minimi dettagli, il servizio è stato a dir poco meraviglioso. Luca il sommelier non solo ha spiegato piatti e vino ( presentazione da 10 e lode) con passione ma per lo più in un ottimo Inglese. L’intero pranzo è stato a dir poco perfetto, ottimi tutti i piatti, vino eccelso - GRAZIE LUCA - dolci fantastici. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e alla qualità dei prodotti
17/03/2025: Siamo ritornati a pranzo al rifugio Fuciade Si mangia benissimo, cibo di ottima qualità e ben impiattati. Camerieri gentili, servizio veloce, conto in regola per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consiglio! Bravi e buon lavoro.
