Super spacious room 219, large bathroom, great balcony with a view of the sunset. Particularly useful on sunny days as a rest after skiing. The radiators in the room calmly helped to dry the wet ski suits :) It's clean, the ladies from the staff try very hard to keep the towels and bed linen tidy and fresh.

The facilities are no longer the latest but it is a very cozy, beautiful hotel

A 3-star hotel to which I give a well-deserved 5 in comparison to other hotels of the category in which I have stayed with my family. Holiday weekend at the end of January 2025, large and convenient to all services. Excellent cleanliness and above all organization considering the number of people present. Unlike many other reviews I have read, I must say that the food was good and plentiful, the waiters were very kind and quick. The swimming pool was beautiful and my children enjoyed it very much. The room is large and clean, the only flaw and advice I would like to give is to change the mattresses which are really hard and uncomfortable. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed in a hotel with family and friends, skiing. Folgaria as a ski resort met all our expectations and the hotel is much better than we read in the reviews. The relationship between invested funds and received is excellent. Nice experience, would repeat. We recommend it to everyone with small children because it is really ideal.

The hotel has a great location - a grocery store is only 2 minutes away, and the ski resort is a 5-minute walk away. The ski room next to the cable car with code access is a practical solution, which keeps the equipment safe and facilitates movement. I would especially like to praise the waiter who served us dinner every day - he was extremely kind, nice and made us laugh every time. Unfortunately, the reception staff is not at the same level. Upon arrival, information about meal times, pool operations, etc. was given too quickly and incompletely, which made it difficult to follow. We only found out about the ski depot by chance from other guests, and we got the details only after additional investigation. The friendliness and communicativeness of the reception should be better. The rooms are small, but functional. Unfortunately, the hygiene could be better - I found hairs in the bathroom and on the bedding, and the shower has mold. Beds and pillows are extremely hard, which further reduces comfort. Older furniture is not a problem, but maintenance and repairs are necessary. Breakfast is solid, but limited. It is adapted to Balkan guests (mostly Croats and Serbs), but it lacks variety in savory options - for example, the choice is only boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, one cheese, one ham and sausage. The buffet is too small for the number of guests and you often have to wait in line for up to 10 minutes. Also, the way the tables are set up after breakfast is inappropriate - the remaining food is thrown on a paper tablecloth, which is then thrown away with the waste. Practical, but not up to hotel standards. Dinner is better organized. The buffet offers a wide selection of salads and appetizers, and the main course and dessert can be chosen from three options. However, the cakes from dinner often appear at breakfast the next day, which is a bit unprofessional. Overall, the hotel has potential, but with better organization, communication, more comfortable beds and more attention to hygiene, the experience would be much better.

For years I have been going to the grand hotel during the Christmas period to follow my granddaughter on the ski slopes, And I like it very much both for the location and for the availability and hospitality of the staff and the owner, the quality of the food and the services is good, the price is fair

We spent Christmas week in this hotel. Cozy and clean place, helpful staff. The best thing is definitely the location close to the slopes and ski lifts. Highly recommended for families, our children had a lot of fun on the slopes but also a lot in the hotel with the mini club and the entertainment with Alessia and Mirko. Only compliments for these two guys who alone were able to give liveliness to the days. Thanks for everything
