English: Some time ago, I was invited to a dinner with friends, we booked for the 8 o'clock shift, and although most of the guests had already taken their seats and only two people were missing, we were repeatedly asked to hurry up the arrival of the absentees, who in the end arrived just 10 minutes late. During the evening, the staff suggested several times to speed up the timing, feeling forced to eat in a hurry, even though the dinner ended up finishing within an hour, therefore by the end of the first shift. Although the idea of ​​placing the pans in the center and independently portioning the first courses was much appreciated, the same cannot be said for the meat, as it was brought to us on the stone and therefore we had difficulty portioning it because it was bulky and, moreover, the meat was cold, it was then served as a "single piece" that WE then had to cut, not respecting the weights that had been requested. English: Also, in a restaurant people are usually free to choose what they like, we didn't feel free to do so because the waitress told us to choose the same first courses to make things easier for the kitchen. Which doesn't seem right to me since if a person wanted to try something else, they couldn't do it. We had ordered an appetizer that could be enough for all the guests, when instead we were served one that was enough for just half; some people ordered "pasta with courgettes and pistachio", but the dish only tasted like plain pasta, the ingredients were completely unrelated. Finally, having a vegetarian among the guests, we were asked in advance if we could agree on a vegetarian second course, since on the menu (I repeat, second courses) there were no options that didn't include meat, in light of this we were literally answered "look at the menu". Beyond the well-kept location, I think the review best explains the final evaluation of the experience.

Found the place by chance on our way back from a weekend in Abruzzo, we arrived and were immediately impressed by the really nice place, well stocked with high quality wines and many typical products on display (guanciale, prosciutto, etc.). We wanted to try the first courses, including carbonara cacio e pepe and Amatriciana, all of which were amazing, especially the latter, which I tried with a very good high quality guanciale, very friendly and welcoming staff. We have decided to return to also enjoy the second courses.
