An excellent discovery in the Frosinone area. Both the owner and the courteous waiters make you feel immediately at ease. Wide selection of wines, authentic and very good food. I highly recommend it.
Dinner with colleagues last night... We chose Pepe Rosa because we knew we couldn't go wrong, and what can I say? Top location, top food, top staff, and the carbonara is sublime.
I forgot about Paolo, the owner, chef, and somewhat of a number one waiter.
