Sunday lunch with friends. Welcoming trattoria, kind and helpful staff. Excellent quality and quantity of food. I will definitely be back.

Excellent Trattoria where you can taste different dishes, offered every day with careful and vast mastery, in my case a dish in the photo such as tortelli in butter and sage impeccable. A simple but really good dish in fresh pasta. I highly recommend, it is located in the main street of Folgaria.

Folgaria a fine Marzo per un paio di passeggiate sulla neve e sorpresa, sorpresa ... moltissimi locali sono chiusi. Si prova questo locale in centro al paese. Carino con pochi fronzoli. Alcuni tavoli e alcune sistemazioni con panche lunghe, abbastanza comode. Abbiamo cenato due volte replicando l'ottimo antipasto del Cacciatore entrambe le sere. La prima volta seguita da un Tonco del Pontesel con polenta e funghi e da un brasato con patate. La seconda sera minestra d'orzo, costine al forno con polenta e crauti e 1/2 porzione di formaggi. Menzione speciale per la polenta di Storo per chi non la conoscesse. Entrambe le cene accompagnate da mezzo litro di Merlot. Tutto molto buono. Si merita cinque pallini anche per l'ottima assistenza al tavolo della cameriera.

Super recommended. Excellent choice of dishes, both traditional and slightly innovative, but always respecting the territory. This time I wanted to try the mountain pine tagliatelle with mint pesto and feta li. Wonderful!!!!

Today I found myself after years in a Folgaria without snow, far from old memories already a few years old but for the umpteenth time I find myself looking for a place to eat at the last moment and once again I find myself lucky, At Fogolar even the last 2 available places were precious for consuming excellent food and receiving a service with a lot of unexpected attention in these times, thank you for making this trip out of town another beautiful memory....see you next time.

Ad ogni nostra vacanza a Folgaria, io e mio marito facciamo almeno 2 - 3 cene in questo ristorante. Che dire, i piatti sono tutti talmente buoni che c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta e non si può che non tornare per più giorni per poter assaggiare più cose. Da non perdere i piatti unici (tutti squisiti e abbondanti!), i risotti (io e mio marito adoriamo quello al radicchio e teroldego, una vera bontà), i taglieri di affettati e formaggi, i canederli, i tortel di patate... vale la pena provare tutto perché è tutto buono! Fatevi consigliare dalla gentilissima e simpaticissima cameriera Amanda e non ve ne pentirete! A presto rivederci, come sempre non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Martina e Alex
