Her stories conveyed not only appreciation for excellent dishes, but also the thrill of having enjoyed an experience that left a lasting impression. 22/07/2026: The owner of the hotel at the dolmen where we were staying recommended it to us, and it was a wonderful experience. They seated us in the cave, and we ordered appetizers, which were delicious and unique, with a genuine flavor. Then we ordered pizzas, but we had to stop the waiter from bringing more because he'd already brought so many different types and we were full. The pizza was delicious, with a very light crust. For what we ate, the quality, quantity, and price were truly excellent. I forgot we also had fun with the karaoke. Thanks, we'll be back as soon as we get back.

Osteria Terra Arsa is a well-kept place with truly attentive service: you can sense the care taken at the table, which isn't intrusive but rather makes the customer feel cared for. The expert and meticulous explanation of the dishes was also greatly appreciated. The dishes are original, beautifully presented, and you can see the research behind them, both in the plating and in the selection of ingredients. From what we were told, many of the ingredients come from the family's garden and farm, and this is reflected in the flavors: fresh, seasonal, thoughtful cuisine. A very positive experience, with a wonderful restaurant concept behind it: slow food, seasonality, and a focus on the local area without being forced. We'll definitely be back.

I especially loved the involtini served on a wooden board with that delicate creamy sauce on the side. The presentation is impeccable, and the flavor is truly authentic.
