04/01/2026: In a three-week vacation in Italy, between Tuscany and Puglia, this was absolutely the best restaurant. The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect. Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest. 13/01/2026: I was there with my boyfriend last July, and I have to say that what I ate personally reminded me of the flavors of home, of what my grandmother used to make. Since I no longer live in Italy, it all took me back to my childhood memories. The owner of the masseria shared her passion for what she does with us, leaving us feeling truly touched. What can I say...the quality and price of the food are spot on, locally sourced! As soon as we're back in Italy, we'll be happy to return :). The cheeses are truly exceptional!!! 13/01/2026: In a rich and generous land like Puglia, having encountered such an experience was a total disappointment. In a nice and welcoming environment, one encountered arrogant and rude staff. The meat corresponded to the certificate provided on the menu but was pre-cooked and reheated—absolutely unacceptable. When the matter was clarified, the manager immediately started insulting the staff. Rude and unsuitable for the job. A place to absolutely avoid.

07/01/2026: I'll never tire of saying how Nuevo Mundo is my absolute favorite place in all of Foggia. It's my cozy place to spend wonderful, relaxing evenings, in the company of excellent, heart-warming dishes. This time I ate with my vegetarian girlfriend, and the wonderful waitress Noemi—so kind and cheerful—did everything and more to make her dine at ease. Nuevo Mundo, a piece of my heart that has never disappointed me, for over ten years ❤️

15/09/2025: Beautiful bar, ice cream shop, pastry shop, and pizzeria, located at the entrance to Lido del Sole. There's parking along the avenue. The ice cream and everything else are excellent. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. Impeccable value for money, I highly recommend it. 💯

The staff are always attentive to every need, the owner Michele is a true professional in the sector, the dining room staff excellent, Angela always attentive to everything in the dining room, truly a force within the team. For everything, 5 stars are due, because quality must always be highlighted. Congratulations indeed. A must-see in San Giovanni Rotondo. See you next time.

29/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at this Osteria. The service is excellent, with various thoughtful touches that are always appreciated: complimentary bruschetta, a smile, and attentive service. The food is generally good, although it's a shame the grilled vegetables were frozen. Prices are quite low, even very low when you look at the wine list. There's a large parking lot next to the restaurant.

25/10/2025: The pizza and paposcia are excellent, expertly prepared to order. For those who don't like meat, I recommend the Crudaiola pizza, which has excellent toppings. There's limited seating, so takeout is recommended.

03/02/2026: On Sunday, my family and my brothers-in-law went to lunch at this modern and welcoming Osteria, listed in the Slow Food Osterie d'Italia guide with the highest quality award, the snail. Osteria Terra Arsa is in Foggia, far from the city center, but parking is easy to find nearby. The sincere smiles of the entire expert team led by chef Lele Murani welcome you into a well-furnished, clean, comfortable, and bright restaurant. The beautifully plated food is locally sourced and cooked with professionalism and skill. We savored and praised every bite of every dish. The wine list reflects the authentic Puglia. We savored the delicious desserts prepared by the chef with artisanal liqueurs from Gargano. In one corner of the tavern, various artisanal local delicacies are on display for sale: bottles of Carpino extra virgin olive oil, Slow Food Presidium Carpino fava beans, Slow Food Presidium Gargano orange and lemon marmalades, fruit jams, preserves of all kinds, bottles of tomato sauce, and packets of biscuits and traditional taralli. In short, Osteria Terra Arsa in Foggia will delight your palate from start to finish and will enter your heart.
