Excellent local specialties are prepared with great care and precision by the kitchen, but above all, they are tailored to the guests' tastes and desires. Excellent, high-quality service and impeccable cleanliness. Various rooms are also available for private lunches or dinners.
Highly recommended
15/10/2025: It's now become our go-to. We're often in Acquapendente, and staying at this hotel-restaurant feels like home.

15/11/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance about ten years ago on vacation, and we returned now, and were delighted to find many new things, but Ciccio was always the same. Warm welcome and helpful service, an exceptional menu, and superb quality. The prices have remained fair for the quality offered. As Ciccio recommended, we won't wait another 10 years to return.
11/11/2025: Nestled in the Tuscia countryside of Lazio, Da Ciccio is a place from another era. The staff is friendly and informal. The food is good, with some truly interesting dishes, while others could perhaps use a little more work.
It remains a point of reference for the area around the beautiful Acquapendente.

27/10/2025: The Borgo is a hotel and restaurant located in a truly historic spot in Acquapendente. Located behind the town hall, it offers excellent service with select food, local specialties, and meticulously prepared dishes. Run in a homely manner, the staff is friendly and very hospitable. Highly recommended.
12/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, it was excellent! We only ordered main courses, which included delicious wild boar and fantastic rabbit! Not to mention their tiramisu, don't wait to hear about it!!! Highly recommended, we had a wonderful time!

16/11/2025: I purchased the Tuscia e Relax package, which included an overnight stay in the B&B adjacent to the restaurant and breakfast in my room. The entire experience was flawless. The cuisine is undoubtedly distinguished by its technique, refinement, quality of ingredients, and creativity. The service was attentive, friendly, and very thoughtful. The room and breakfast were truly a treat. We will definitely be back!

02/09/2025: On vacation in Tuscia, we stayed at S'Osteria for a week. We loved the place; though basic, it has a refined and cheerful style, and it's centrally located. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was a treat with homemade desserts, and the staff was truly friendly and ready to offer advice.
We also took advantage of the excellent restaurant, which is interesting because the menu includes both traditional dishes and pizza, as well as more unusual options. For example, the cold vegetable soup turned out to be a gazpacho, much appreciated after a hot summer day.
We really enjoyed our stay.

02/11/2025: We were thrilled with the friendliness, the atmosphere, and the delicious food in Pulicaro. It's also a great base for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts are incredibly helpful. You absolutely mustn't miss the Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch. We've rarely met people who run their organic farm with such heart and soul. See you soon, we'll definitely be back!

17/08/2025: Wonderful place with breathtaking views surrounded by nature, well-maintained structure down to the smallest details, very clean and welcoming apartment, Elisabetta and Diana really made us feel at home, always attentive to our needs. Thanks to Elisabetta for the precious advice on places to visit and restaurants/trattorias where we could eat well. This holiday was just what we needed, we truly found a little corner of paradise! 12/08/2025: It's rare for a place to surprise me enough to give it a five-star rating, but everything here is truly amazing: from the splendid farmhouse to the well-kept garden, from the cleanliness of the apartments to the pool. Despite the scorching heat these days, you can still breathe here because it's always breezy. Truly an oasis of tranquility and peace!!!! Highly recommended :-)

27/10/2025: Extraordinary!! Delicious food, extraordinary natural wines, and a sensational welcome! The owner is extremely friendly and manages to convey his love for good. I recommend it 300%!!! I tasted a dish that on paper seemed simple (a buffalo mozzarella crust) but wrapped in three strips of Italian bacon, baked in the oven. A treat!
19/10/2025: A very welcoming and quiet place, with little conversation and plenty of warmth even inside. Excellent wines. The very kind and competent staff made us feel right at home for an hour. There are a few tables outside, but they're definitely well-managed.
We'll be back.

30/10/2025: Fantastic restaurant! The staff are absolutely lovely. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the food is expertly prepared. And they have a great selection of natural wines :) We had the best meal of our trip to Italy.
08/10/2025: A place neither praise nor infamy. Nothing extraordinary; if you want to eat butcher's products presented in a homely manner, of mediocre quality, at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.

22/08/2025: A family-run establishment, where attention to guests comes first.
The apartment was complete with every comfort, from toothbrushes to a cappuccino maker, from a wide variety of breakfast items to pool towels. The cleanliness of both the apartment and all the amenities was excellent; the microwave not only clean but also smelled great. Rachele and her mother, Loira, are two wonderful hosts, thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive to everything. Kudos to Mrs. Loira for her cakes, baked daily. The child-friendly saltwater pool is an oasis of serenity in the countryside. Upon our departure, Rachele even gave us some complimentary products from their farm. We'll definitely be seeing you again!
17/08/2025: A welcome rarely found these days, made up of Rachele's many little touches that continue throughout your stay (and beyond!). The apartment is clean, equipped with every comfort, the entire property is dog-friendly, and the pool is available! Excellent location for those visiting Tuscia. Highly recommended!

offre anche più di ciò che ci si può aspettare da un enoteca. ho cenata con un ricchissimo tagliere di salumi, formaggi, pere e bruschette con miele e confettura ed un buonissimo dessert. Servizio sufficientemente rapido e cortese Solo il prezzo l ho trovato un po' elevato ( 35 euro)
