01/04/2024: But serious?? 36 euros for six cones of two flavors and not even abundant....Never again. Legalized theft. Then they ask you if you want the grain on the cone.... without specifying that it is at the modest price of 1.50!!

Enchanting place (on the floodplain), extremely fascinating historic building renovated with skill, comfortable rooms capable of making you dive into history and make you feel like a true aristocrat. The inebriating scent of cured meats and cheese wafts up from the cellars (a must-visit). High-level cuisine capable of combining territoriality, quality, technique and substance. Excellent welcome and helpfulness also from the host Massimo Spigaroli. The cooking class organized for guests who can try their hand at cooking of undoubted skill is truly interesting and educational.

25/02/2024: Arrivati a questo ristorante sull’argine del fiume, ambiente caloroso e personale disponibile. Buoni i salumi ( culatello 24 mesi un po’ fresco), buoni i primi, eccellente la tagliata tenerissima. Ottimi i dolci. Se devo proprio fare una critica, manca il menù al tavolo, ma viene declamato.

08/05/2024: We were there today for the first time for a family lunch. Had lunch on a magnificent panoramic terrace, fabulous. The girl who served us was very kind and very professional. We ate very well and honestly the prices are very fair. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything. Beautiful experience.

13/05/2024: Ritorniamo come ogni anno in questa incantevole trattoria. Ma haimè siamo passati da "SUPER" a mediocre. La pasta frissta sempre eccezionale ma i salumi sempre meno ed il salame durissimo. I secondi non hanno soddisfatto quella che era l'aspettativa degli anni precedenti. Io stufato di cervo era "bollito e filaccioso" e la Costata resa quasi immangiabile dalla quantità di pepe che hanno aggiunto dalla cucina. MI chiedo solo: perchè rovinare un ottima carne impanandola nel pepe?

18/03/2024: Excellent appetizer with delicious fried dumplings and a good assortment of very pleasant and tasty cured meats. Borettane onions and abundant flakes of parmesan, all super. Good and tender grilled lamb chops with polenta and delicious desserts to finish. Also the welcoming and relaxing environment. Very comfortable chairs. Professional and kind staff. Excellent value for money . Well done, keep it up! Obviously recommended

22/03/2024: Welcomed by Monica's courtesy and kindness, in a warm and personal place, nothing is anonymous or left to chance. The dishes cooked with passion are exceptional, the braised crescents deserve 5 stars alone. And then what can I say... we tried various more traditional and more innovative dishes.... all excellent. All this at a more than adequate cost, I recommend this restaurant to everyone because it is a certainty!

27/05/2024: Excellent place where we ate some good dishes. We arrived a little late as we were passing through but the staff was friendly enough to seat us and let us eat. Excellent starters and delicious main courses. Unfortunately we were unable to taste the first courses due to the delay. Highly recommended. Prices normal.

20/05/2024: Inkiostro, restaurant with 1 MIchelin star in Parma, very convenient to the Parma motorway exit on the A1/E35. Elegant but not too formal environment, few seats, less than 30, decidedly international cuisine, don't look for references to typical local products, the young chef has worked a lot abroad and his project is innovative and creative. The menu changes often during the year and stands out for its quality and creativity, the dishes are small works of art. We chose the balance menu at 160 euros and a couple of glasses each with an excellent wine but above all on the advice of a very good sommelier. The manù is varied and skilfully mixes meat (lamb and quail) and fish (ray, tuna, tuna belly) and many vegetables, citrus soaps. The detail is exceptional, from start to finish, the flavors are excellent, the dishes are presented with at least two points of reference and are never too centered on one main ingredient. Absolutely worth trying while waiting for the second star. Young and very close-knit kitchen team.

28/04/2024: Family dinner: we really liked everything about this place, a real experience.

12/05/2024: Apriti Sesamo is the ideal setting for a romantic dinner, as required by the occasion. But beyond the impeccable, elegant setting and the excellent music in the background, we actually enjoyed a truly excellent dinner. It was a gourmet dinner with four dishes plus dessert. After a very fresh Treviso radicchio salad with oranges, olives, toasted seeds and pomegranate we enjoyed a technically perfect vegetable tempura, very tasty accompanied by a very light vegan mayonnaise of a beautiful pink colour. The turmeric tagliatelle with artichokes and almonds are excellent. The Jerusalem artichoke millefeuille with red cap, tempeh chips and saffron cream is exceptional. A set of expertly mixed flavors that enhanced each other. You can't make a dish like this without great research. To finish, a fabulous tiramisu with carob and cashew cream. Generous portions, very honest price. We hope to continue on this path. Well done.

03/05/2024: Vegan restaurant with gluten-free options. The starters are simple, but well presented and good combinations. The second courses were very good, in particular the really good and tender seitan... perhaps it didn't go well with the raw vegetables and mayonnaise, I would have preferred some baked or grilled vegetables together. Absolutely to take the desserts, space hazelnut ice cream!

30/03/2024: This is the restaurant when you think of a good classic Italian meal. Highly recommended! Top quality food, professional (English spaeking) server ladies. Very good value for money. Those Michelin recommendations are not accidental. Thanls for the experience!
