Coming down from Bergamo to Massarosa, my partner, I and our daughter stopped to eat at this restaurant that my partner had already visited. For me it was a wonderful discovery! We both ate first courses, a risotto and tortelli, accompanied by an excellent starter of cured meats and bruschetta, as well as a porcini mushroom flan. The tiramisu is also very good. I will definitely be back in the next few months to try the latter. Very honest prices (30 each) Highly recommended. Updated to 2/12/23. I reconfirm and relaunch my review. I'll also add photos

A splendid trattoria, with a small and welcoming room. An excellent menu that is in step with the times, despite offering a lot of local tradition. Excellent raw materials.

Il trionfo dei funghi e della carne (non solo alla brace). Una cena perfetta, accompagnata da vini di ottima qualità. La nostra degustazione: una tartare al coltello con porcini freschi, uno sformatino ai funghi, e ovviamente dei crostini ai porcini. Poteva mancare un piatto di porcini fritti? No, ovviamente: fantastici. Eccellente la mousse al cioccolato. Perfetto il Gotturnio vivace. Prezzi assolutamente nella norma, servizio accurato e piacevole. Da raccomandare. Noi ci torneremo.

Cucina locale al top in centro paese. Funghi e tortelli buonissimi. Dolci ottimi e servizio attento e cordiale. In zona si colloca tra i migliori locali, bravi!

07/05/2024: La Locanda del Culatello is a restaurant located in a characteristic and beautiful square, in the heart of the lower Parma area in Soragna. The Locanda is super welcoming, furnished in a characteristic way with bright and traditional red and white checkered tablecloths, tidy and very clean. Francesca and Ivan immediately welcomed us in an affable, friendly and kind way and we immediately felt at home! The menu offers excellent typical dishes and a wide choice of delicious and delicious platters! Wide choice also regarding the wine list. The attention was impeccable towards me due to my gluten intolerance. Table service is perfect. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Locanda Mariella

02/04/2024: The real shame is that the service can only be given 5 stars. Not that the food and the environment are any less, but Mariella and Guido have the gift of knowing how to make you feel good. You find yourself hosted as if you were at home in an atmosphere far removed from the classic restaurant or trattoria. Serenity, good food, excellent wines, little waste and lots of time available to enjoy the table and conviviality in its best expression
29/03/2024: Excellent dinner in an environment that I would define as familiar. I, who don't particularly like white wine, changed my mind thanks to the very perfect pairings proposed to us during our dinner. A beautiful discovery in the Parma Apennines.
