06/12/2025: I went to Quintilio for my birthday and I couldn't have given myself a better gift. We ate superbly, a true sensory experience!! The owner is incredibly kind and I felt like I'd known her forever. I even ended up getting a birthday surprise, complete with a candle! Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
03/12/2025: The hospitality, professionalism of all, and excellent ingredients expertly crafted by the chef make Quintilio a point of reference. A special mention goes to the foie gras, a true highlight on the menu.

18/11/2025: The place is beautiful, housed in a former olive oil mill, which later served as a tool shed and was recently renovated to become a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, right from the phone reservation, if I remember correctly. A certain Patrizia, who was truly kind, was also very helpful. We tried the tasting menu to sample everything, and they even made it available for our dietary needs/allergies. The atmosphere was lovely; we'll be back.
02/11/2025: We returned to dine at this very characteristic restaurant. The restaurant, carved into the rock, is very welcoming, with excellent service and very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging staff! The food was perfect and delicious. Definitely worth a try, highly recommended!

14/11/2025: Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was exceptionally courteous! They reserved a table for us with an enchanting view! The place is meticulously maintained and very clean! Kudos to all the staff who do a fantastic job!
08/11/2025: We had lunch today, November 8, 2025.... A positive experience. Compliments for the whole lunch, especially the wild boar roast. We are not "foreigners" but from the area and Liguria. We really enjoyed the Ligurian dishes. We will be back.

07/12/2025: On the recommendation of a hiker on the Ligurian trek, we had a wonderful dinner. Traditional Ligurian dishes at incredibly affordable prices. We'll definitely be back! I recommend the rabbit and fettuccine with pesto.
01/11/2025: What a wonderful place. Just 10 minutes from Moneglia, this trattoria surprised me with its traditional Ligurian dishes served in generous quantities and remarkable quality. Fantastic fried porcini mushrooms... Truly delicious homemade ravioli. The Ligurian-style rabbit was truly excellent. And last but not least, the homemade chocolate cake... divine. For two, we paid €62 in total... including another first course and house wine 🍷. The service was prompt and unobtrusive, yet always attentive. Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations.

07/12/2025: A restaurant housed in an old mill. Splendid in the summer because of its spacious, cool outdoor spaces; in the winter, the interior spaces are smaller but meticulously maintained. The menu is Genoese, but with several interesting twists and additions. Everything is homemade and prepared with quality ingredients.
Courteous owners and attentive service.

20/12/2025: We had lunch at this excellent trattoria in the Ligurian hinterland, with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
The cuisine is meticulously prepared, locally sourced, and includes traditional Ligurian dishes, using select ingredients (some Slow Food Presidia). The meats are excellent.
The service is attentive and discreet. We will definitely be back.

In fact, it's almost an understatement to give it 5 stars.
From the (Christmas) atmosphere to the details, from the service to the preparation and kindness of the waiters.
To the wine pairings, expertly explained, lightheartedly, and competently.
The dishes were beautifully presented and explained: they amaze with their combinations and flavors.
It will be a pleasure to return.

24/11/2025: Excellent trattoria serving home-cooked food. We had a fabulous Sunday lunch with friends, featuring a set menu, and were very pleased with the quality of the food. The portions are generous, and after several appetizers, three first courses, and two second courses, we were left feeling very full. The dessert selection is varied, and the wine list is extensive.

The entrance is modest, and doesn't hint at the treasures you'll find inside.
The service is cordial, although they speak mainly Italian, but the owner knows how to present what's there, very patient and cordial.
Even though we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there was no free space, they quickly improvised a place for us.
The food is wonderful, my dish - ravioli, expertly made with a fine tomato and mushroom sauce. My partner ordered sea bream which was described as "excellent" with wonderful toppings.
In short - 5 stars of pleasure.
