20/04/2026: The location, with its stream, is beautiful. The menu features a few delicious dishes, made with genuine ingredients. The portions are generous and the prices are very competitive. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

20/04/2026: Absolutely positive review: tasty dishes, prompt staff and service, welcoming, quiet (it's a bit out of the way), and well-maintained atmosphere. The vegetarian appetizer, without the usual cured meats, was appreciated. The fixed price formula, which includes water, dessert, and coffee, was spot on, and varies depending on the dishes you order. All in all, a real surprise, and they even got a little discount at the end!

15/05/2026: Truly excellent dishes, traditional and time-honored recipes, often very unique. The ingredients are also excellent, I believe mostly locally sourced. The location is beautiful, with views of the surrounding nature and the valley. The interior is pleasant, and the service is excellent.

13/05/2026: A unique experience, a dinner immersed in nature and greenery thanks to the large windows overlooking the Ligurian promontories. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dishes were meticulously prepared, and the quality of the food was truly excellent. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. An experience definitely worth repeating!

08/07/2026: We were looking for a restaurant serving regional dishes. My expectation was to find a place off the beaten path of tourist menus. My expectations were fully met! The atmosphere was welcoming, the tables were well-spaced, and it felt like many of the people there were regulars. Excellent food, with attentive service; dishes are brought to the table, allowing guests to choose their own portion. The view of the surrounding countryside is framed by a pergola with grapevines and kiwi trees, a lovely backdrop at sunset.

28/06/2026: This is the perfect spot to get simple, uncomplicated, delicious local food in a lively, social environment. It is super fresh but comes quickly. Our stomachs thanked us for eating here a couple of times. The chickpea flatbread is incredible, as is the sea bream and chicken. Don’t be alarmed if there’s a line out the front door - it moves fast.

27/06/2026: In this jazzy osteria you don’t have to choose between Coltrane or Miles (even though Coltrane is better 🤭) but you have plenty of delicious dishes to select from. Great food, atmosphere and service.

27/02/2026: The dishes were good, well-presented, and the flavors were spot on. We enjoyed our meal; there were no complaints about the taste. The service was also very good: welcoming, professional, and pleasant throughout the meal. However, the portions were really small. We were left a little hungry, which is a shame considering the price. €70 for two people for this quantity seems excessive for what was served. Furthermore, I should add that they charge for tap water and €3 per person for cutlery. Overall, a good experience, but the quality/quantity/price ratio could be improved.

24/07/2026: Da Lino is an AIC-certified restaurant where the food is truly delicious! As a celiac, it's always difficult to eat out, but here I found a varied menu and extremely friendly staff. I tried the famous Recco focaccia for the first time, which is obviously gluten-free, and I was very pleased: the flavor and texture were excellent; I highly recommend it! Be warned, though, that it's quite filling, so I only ordered one fish appetizer, which was truly amazing: the chickpea cream with turmeric and curry paired perfectly with the grilled octopus and caramelized onion—also highly recommended! My partner also ate with me; he ordered gluten-free dishes, the cheese focaccia and the herb pansotti with walnut cream, and he left feeling full and happy. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal here; you'll be absolutely delighted!

16/08/2026: An old-school trattoria, one of the right ones, with traditional cuisine prepared as it should be, and very kind and welcoming staff. You can EAT here, gentlemen. I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a diet, but if, like me, you're a "professional" eater, the quality is excellent, so you'll leave satisfied! Highly recommended! P.S. The house wine is excellent, and at the end of the meal, the price is fair, which is always important in my opinion!

11/08/2026: We weren't expecting this when we walked into this (seemingly) small restaurant. There's a large garden and a terrace behind the entrance. The food is fabulous, with a family atmosphere. We couldn't decide what to order for our main course, and they offered us several appetizers. Everything was delicious and incredibly fresh 🤌

23/08/2026: Outstanding! Few words. Set menu: 8 appetizers - 3 first courses - 3 second courses - dessert - water - coffee - wine = €40.00 per person. Only choice: snails or snails. (I recommend them; they're in tomato sauce and incredibly delicious.) I'll let the photos do the talking... (Some images are definitely missing, like the dessert or some appetizers... I was there a while ago and don't remember all the dishes.) I remember very well that eating here is like going back to the cuisine of the past, savoring excellent local ingredients, generous portions, and home-made flavors. The menu is absolutely worth it, and the price is more than fair given the quantity and quality of the products. The restaurant is located a bit outside of San Bartolomeo, about a 15-minute drive from the seafront, and that's a good thing, because it maintains its air of exclusivity and uniqueness, which could be ruined by mass tourism. Highly recommended!

22/08/2026: A beautiful restaurant with a charming terrace on the hills overlooking the Gulf of Diano Marina. The set menu is recommended for those who go on an empty stomach: eight appetizers, three first courses, and three second courses. Finally, the chef offers excellent desserts. Not to mention the excellent house red wine and locally sourced bitters. Reservations are a must. Among the dishes that impressed me most were the tagliatelle with rabbit sauce and the rabbit dish with roast potatoes. Oh, and I almost forgot! After years, I've had the chance to try some excellent snails in sauce. If you're in the Diano Marina area, I think it's a must-visit... book now.

Franca, the founder of the family, still runs the kitchen, instilling values ​​in her team (all excellent, like Gigietto and the other colleague we met at the end of the shift). Riccardo, the undisputed king of hospitality, dish recommendations, and a dedicated speaker, shared the history of this place, its vision, and what it has always meant to their family. Riccardo's wife is a rock and roll sensation, and a huge shout-out to Alessandro, an attentive, helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, cheerful, and passionate waiter. It was a pleasure being served by him. We chose both meat and fish, and needless to say, the quality and craftsmanship were DIVINE. The homemade desserts were ALL original and fabulous. The price was incredibly reasonable for what we chose and the quality. We will be back and highly recommend it to everyone. ❤️
