26/09/2025: Perfect experience from start to finish. The place is beautiful inside and has a view of the Arno. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our waiter Marco suggested drinks and food that were all delicious. The steak tartare, ravioli, turbot, and Mont Blanc dessert were especially outstanding. There were also many little surprises from the chef, after every course, all of them delicious. We have been to many Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and this was by far the best experience. Everyone was so nice to us. They even tried to give us an umbrella in case the rain started again. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Prices are average for the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship, and the warm homemade bread is worthy of praise. The only flaw is the wine list, which is too extensive and difficult to manage, and the portions of the first courses could be a bit more generous. Overall, a place worth trying, with friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, and professional staff. Interesting non-alcoholic cocktails to try, and a very interesting watermelon carpaccio. 07/10/2025: An excellent holiday spent in this wonderful hotel. Enchanting place, easily accessible, strategic location. Room with a whirlpool tub and a spectacular view. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for all needs, and for this I wanted to thank Mrs. Eugenia for her exquisite and attentive service. Good spa treatment. Top-quality food in the restaurant. The only flaw I'd like to point out is that the management should pay more attention to the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. Everything else was EXCELLENT. We'll be back very soon.

30/09/2025: We went to Tivoli to celebrate our wedding, we eloped and chose Tivoli for our “reception”, and it was the most amazing experience imaginable. I can honestly say I have never had a better meal. Leading up to the evening, some of our family members were a little unsure, even intimidated, because of the Michelin star. But from the very moment we walked in, the staff (including the chef himself) were so warm, welcoming, and kind. All nerves immediately were gone, and what followed was an unforgettable evening. Between us, we tried three different tasting menus, and every single course was absolute perfection. The wine pairings were equally flawless, each one a highlight in its own right. The amuse bouches to start were unreal, so generous and delicious. The chef even surprised us with celebratory champagne, which made the evening feel all the more special. As a vegetarian, I was especially blown away by the vegetarian tasting menu. It was intentional, thoughtful, and exquisite and clearly not an afterthought, which is often the case elsewhere. Every bite felt like it had been crafted with care and creativity. Our meal at Tivoli will forever be a highlight of our trip and of our wedding day. And it’s not just us, every person in Cortina we spoke with, when we mentioned Tivoli, immediately told us it was their favorite restaurant in town. Clearly, our experience was not an anomaly. Tivoli went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding celebration unforgettable. If you are in Cortina, you must eat here, it is truly extraordinary.

16/10/2025: In a place where we've often found prices quite high, here you pay but you get a lot. The tasting menu (meat) we tried offered excellent quality ingredients, beautifully presented and even better when tasted. Special mention goes to the fruit sorbets, brilliantly presented and remarkable in flavor (they alone make you want to return to the restaurant—which we did). The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable about both the food and the matching wines, but also very friendly and truly makes you feel at ease. Definitely worth a visit!

16/10/2025: Great food, weird vibes… My partner and I wandered in after finding it on the Michelin app, and were able to get a table on a Sunday night as it wasn’t busy. Multiple people greeted us quickly and warmly, but consequently we did feel rushed to order. Though friendly at first, the waitress seemed put out when we ordered only pasta (no appetizers or meats), which left us feeling uncomfortable. This was exacerbated by the nearly empty restaurant (granted, it was on the early side) with no music and dated, stuffy decor. I understand our order may have been unusual for upscale Italian dining. But since we weren’t taking up a table on a busy night and waiters’ wages don’t depend on tips in Italy, I thought it was rude to make us feel as if we were being tolerated for not ordering more. The actual food was really good. The complimentary pumpkin soup was delicious, and both the tench ragout and linguine with scallops were amazing. We ordered an apricot tart for dessert, and were pleased with it and the additional brownies. Just a shame about the service experience.
