Antonella and Sergio embody the essence of catering crafted with passion, expertise, and authenticity. Sergio demonstrates extraordinary mastery in the kitchen: carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and flavors that express the region with elegance and respect. Antonella in the dining room is simply impeccable: welcoming, professional, attentive to every detail. She makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. What's truly striking is the perfect balance between: • absolute quality of the ingredients • true professionalism • authentic atmosphere • attentive but never intrusive service You can clearly sense that behind this place are years of experience, passion, and dedication. 08/12/2025: For a special meal, the Apollonia Inn is a great place. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. When we were there, they offered vegan chestnut cream soup and potato rösti with various vegetables and cream. Unfortunately, the soup was only partially vegan. It should have also included beetroot and potato fritters. Furthermore, the portions weren't very large, so we were feeling a bit hungry again after a short while. We commend their commitment to catering to vegans. A vegan "standard" or simple dish would be the next logical step.

12/04/2026: A perfect dining experience. Lucky enough to be seated at the window next to the river, and enjoyed a bruschette, lasagna ragu, and a tiramisu. The food was incredible, the best lasagna I have ever tried in my life. The tiramisu was wonderful to cap it off as well. Service was also top notch from wine recommendations to making sure we got our food when we wanted and let us enjoy our meal. Absolute 10/10 spot, would go back tomorrow and recommend you do the same! (But leave the window for me 🙂)

11/04/2026: Adriano is helpful and friendly. Delicious, homemade food, typical Tuscan. Balcony tables overlooking the Arno River, beautiful view, covered, delicious food. Recommended for tourists and locals alike. Excellent.

05/04/2026: Everything was amazing, the service and the food. It's honest food, respecting its roots in the italian cuisine, very generous quantities as well for a michellin star restaurant. Not overcomplicating things, the flavors worked and it was amazing. Highly recommended.

16/03/2026: One of the most wonderful dining experiences we had during our time in Orvieto! Fresh, delicious, and fulfilling food. Our bruschetta was amazing, then our main dishes exceeded that! The key though-the welcoming owner and his staff, who were generous with their time and their patience. Thank you!

29/03/2026: A very nice little restaurant, surrounded by greenery. Easy to get to and has free parking. The staff is very friendly, especially the girl at the door and the waitress with the braid. Reservations are required, otherwise you won't find a table. We had reserved a table, but for personal reasons we had to order takeout (THEY DON'T NORMALLY DO THAT). They understood the problem and very kindly met us. The food is very good, it deserves its reputation, we will definitely be back.

27/12/2025: A chic restaurant - the cuisine, atmosphere, service are just top notch! The waiters are all smiling, very friendly ❤️ But, unfortunately, the evening was spoiled: there was a drunk man in the hall who created an unpleasant situation, and we never received any help from either the administrator or the security (which was nonexistent). Only the waiters and the musicians who sang helped - but this is not their job at all, and it shouldn't be like that. This is unacceptable in a restaurant of this level - guests should feel safe.

22/11/2025: The restaurant is clean and elegant, very modern. I prefer more rustic, tavern-like environments, rather than elegant ones, but the service was excellent. I'm not an expert on Ukrainian cuisine, but I really enjoyed it. The portions are also very generous. Parking is easy. I'll gladly return, especially in the winter. The soups are fabulous.

04/01/2026: This beautifully renovated farmhouse offers excellent service and dishes with Tuscan influences but with a gourmet twist! A good selection of wines is also available.
