31/12/2023: Fabulous location for skiing high on the pass, with spectacular views. 6 of us stayed for 4 nights early in the season, only paying for 3 as part of the local early season offer. Rooms were well appointed and a good size, sadly only one had a balcony. Large bathrooms, with low level showers. Large multi-room dinning area, with separate dinning for none residence, as well as the bar restaurant on the ground floor. 2 well stocked visible wine rooms, and a great wine list, and gift shop. Large wellness centre, with indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas, small steam room, cold room (no plunge pool) water beds and recliners. Large underground car park, but should be included in the cost, not an additional €10 pr day. Good size ski room on the same level, so you walk out through the car park onto the piste. Boot warmers work in the evening to dry boots, and are on again in the morning to warm them. Small service bench to edge/wax your own skis if you have the tools to diy. Breakfasts has plenty of choice of cereals, breads, cold meats, fruit, but the 'hot' sausage/egg/bacon cabinet has only cold food in it on every day we stayed. Hot water 'tea' urn is only warm water, not suitable for black tea, ask for boiling water from the coffee machine. Good coffee, and plenty of it. Dinners Several starters & main options were given, to be chosen at breakfast. The dinners were the only disappointment, with small servings with many tepid dishes. The presentation was good, but I could not help notice the many finger prints around my plates, as I was sat under the main table light. Deserts Very good can highly recommend Service Lovely attentive staff from checking in to all the dinning/bar staff. Look forward to returning.
