Very special place. Liked it a lot for not being too touristy. The menu certainly has some finer things on it that may not be for everyone but we really enjoyed it. The philosophy of slow cooking is lived here and that shows also in quality over quantity. Prices are fair for what you get and the quality produce they use to cook.

Cozy little place, in the center of Parma. Brigitta follows you and pampers you, guiding you in the choice of wines.
We took a mixed platter, both the cured meats and cheeses (with pear mustard) were spectacular and were served with warm bread.

We were lucky enough to find a place in the outdoor area in front of the restaurant, but it would be better to book in advance. Service a little slow, but this is excused by the fact that the place was always full the whole time with a constant turnover. Very courteous staff. For two people we took: Very rich cold cuts and cheese platter with different selections. Emotion sandwich with horse pesto, red onion, soy, salad, anchovies and capers. All washed down with a good Lambrusco recommended by the local. €39 for two. To try

It was recommended by a local. It was very good, I would recommend it to others. Asked the owners what they recommended and their recommendations were just amazing. It is rather pricy but the quality of everything makes it worth it. I had the cuore with polenta. And a glass of Lambrusco. YUMM.

We had a wonderful meal in this place. It will be recorded in our memory. Although already a little bit late we were lucky enough to be accepted and get a table. Everything was delicious and very fresh. The wine recommendation was also excellent. It was an Easter menu and luckily we choosed the full menu. The portions were very generous. Things were cooked on the moment and served at their own rhythm. Not a place to go on a hurry (this is not a negative remark, things that are cooked in the moment are supposed to arrive like this).The quality of all ingredients was also quite high, so even things not cooked there (like the cheeses and smoked meats) were amazing. I would gladly return there tomorrow (if not too far away as I will be!).

Una rivelazione, direi la migliore trattoria di Parma. Siamo stati a cena di martedì grasso, tutti i piatti a base di maiale erano perfettamente equilibrati e di estrema raffinatezza pur nella loro semplicità. Cura maniacale per la materia prima e rigore assoluto sono i pilastri su cui si basa la cucina di Lorenzo che non scende a compromessi. I tempi di attesa sono un po' più lunghi del normale proprio perché ogni piatto viene preparato e cotto al momento. Altamente consigliato a tutti!
