Well, the rating speaks for the food quality. The seafood is not that fresh but the portion is big. Without a reservation you can hardly get a table in other restaurants. That's why you can take this as a last option.

Reviews were mixed but didn’t look at them until I got there. Place was about 3/4 full and we were catered for very nicely. Food was excellent and came out quickly , service was great and for ski food , was very well priced. 10/10 would definitely go again

Огромный, если не самый большой в округе, выбор вина. Причем по очень приемлемым ценам. Здесь можно найти все итальянские шедевры. Также стоит отметить и кухню. Одно из немногих мест где приличный выбор рыбных блюд. Готовят очень вкусно. Единственно интерьер слабоват. Складывается ощущение, что с момента открытия 1990г., реновации не было. Если бы не интерьер то это, возможно, был бы лучший ресторан в Валь Гардене.

06/10/2023: We were looking for a good/simple Italian restaurant in Bolzano and found Gambriuns. It's not the newest in terms of equipment but the upholstery is new. When it comes to food and the price, you can only say it's great for the region. What I found best was the lunch menu, different starters - main course the same and you get water and a coffee. We (3 people) had salads beforehand, each a pizza (large) and drinks = around €50. As for the conditions, I can only say, like the others, very reserved but friendly.

01/04/2024: The food tastes good. Prices are reasonable, with a slight tourist surcharge. The service was friendly and attentive. Particularly interesting: While eating, you can watch a pair of kestrels inhabiting a niche in the neighboring castle tower.
26/03/2024: The atmosphere is unique, very relaxing, nice to sit in the sun. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the meat of the goulash was very tough. Coffee and cake were good. The prices are OK.
