We were looking for a good/simple Italian restaurant in Bolzano and found Gambriuns. It's not the newest in terms of equipment but the upholstery is new. When it comes to food and the price, you can only say it's great for the region. What I found best was the lunch menu, different starters - main course the same and you get water and a coffee. We (3 people) had salads beforehand, each a pizza (large) and drinks = around €50. As for the conditions, I can only say, like the others, very reserved but friendly.

02/03/2024: You can get both Italian pizza and traditional dishes here. They are all really tasty. The service is very nice.
06/02/2024: We did not feel welcome in this place. We arrived to good luck in the evening. None of the staff paid any attention to us. They were busy serving the hotel dinner. Luckily we got a table. Drinks had to wait a long time - they were later than pizza! Overall the food was good.

16/09/2023: Sehr schönes Ambiente, leckeres Essen und ein toller Service. Für die Kinder gibt es im Außenbereich einen Spielplatz.
16/09/2023: Pizzas délicieuses dans un magnifique cadre. Nous avions entendu beaucoup de bien de ce restaurant et n'avons pas été déçues. Nous mettons 4 étoiles car l'attente était un peu longue pour le service, mais le personnel était très agréable.
