Stayed in this excellent hotel during work commitments, chosen based on the very good reviews. I confirm that everything is truly Excellent hotel rooms service. Also tested the quality of the restaurant, à la carte menu only. It is located in the city center area but far enough from noise of traffic 'entrance gate a bit small, but with 2 maneuvers you can also enter with a company van, in addition to cars. Recommended !!@

07/05/2024: Il locale si affaccia sulla principale piazza di Monforte, da cui parte la strada che sale verso la parte più interessante di questo bellissimo borgo. La nostra esperienza è stata totalmente positiva. Abbiamo iniziato con una tenerissima tartare di fassona, a seguire spaghetti al sugo di salsiccia di Bra e, per finire, non ci siamo fatti mancare un dessert (spaziale il tiramisù della casa con nocciole). Porzioni giuste, così come giusto il prezzo. Servizio molto cortese e premuroso.

20/05/2024: A trattoria like it used to be. Genuine and excellent food (homemade tagliolini... Super!) at a very honest price. Very kind staff. A much appreciated stop on the way to or from Liguria via the Col di Nava
