02/03/2024: Cena con amici, abbiamo pagato un fisso e fatto un assaggio di tanti piatti...tutti buonissimi. Personale gentile e simpatico, cibo di ottima qualità... acqua gratuita portata al tavolo che non ho mai visto in nessun'altro locale! Ci sono pochi tavoli e sinceramente ho apprezzato il fatto che il servizio è ottimo,veloce e riescono a dare "attenzione" al cliente ... si vede che fanno il loro lavoro con passione! Torneremo sicuramente

10/03/2024: Let me start by saying that my review concerns the restaurant, since being local, with my wife and occasionally with friends, I usually eat at the Magdalener. The food is unquestionable, dishes are always special and elaborated just right, lately an alchemy of flavors that has left me pleasantly surprised. The wine list is not even discussed, always at the top for every need. But what pleased us most in the last two evenings is the New Entry in the room. A new waitress whose name unfortunately I don't remember, Barese, extremely professional, friendly and full of attention towards the customer, something that perhaps was a little lost in the restaurant. Which never hurts in a restaurant of this level, he always has a smile on his face, well done! You can see that she enjoys her work and does it with passion. One more reason to continue frequenting the Magdalener which, together with the renewed menu, have given a breath of fresh air to the place Andrea Lorandi

31/03/2024: Family dinner. We ate very well in a welcoming environment. Impossible to find parking outside but the restaurant has parking for customers (just ask the restaurant).

29/03/2024: The food is very good and the environment welcoming, but two aspects were quite unpleasant: receiving a table next to the door, even though there were other free tables (cold), and discovering at the time of the bill that 1l of water is almost counted €5... sure, it was our mistake not to look at the drinks list, but it's out of place.

02/05/2024: We ate in this typical chalet located in a spectacular position where we can admire the Dolomites and the entire Bolzano valley. Very friendly staff and good typical dishes.

18/04/2024: Clear recommendation from us! We stayed here for several nights on the recommendation of friends. Our room was large and comfortable with a great view towards Bolzano. The room was clean and the staff and owners were always very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. For us, the Baumannhof was the perfect place to slow down and still be in Bolzano in just a few minutes by car. We'd love to come back!

02/04/2024: The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We can highly recommend the breakfast. There was everything we needed in the room. The bed was comfortable. We received the South Tyrol Guest Pass for our stay, which we were very happy to use. We had a pleasant time.

03/02/2024: Hotel centrale, molto pulito. Colazione eccellente. Il personale molto cordiale. Le camere molto funzionale, silenziose e ben riscaldate. La card della regione regalata agli ospiti permette visitare gratuitamente musei e usare tutti i mezzi pubblici dell intero sud Tirol.

10/01/2024: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in un tradizionale ristorante tra le montagne del Colle e siamo rimasti estasiati dall'esperienza culinaria. Il menu offriva una vasta selezione di piatti raffinati e creativi, che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostro desiderio gastronomico. Dall'antipasto al dolce, ogni portata era una delizia per i sensi. La carta dei vini era altrettanto impressionante, con una selezione eccezionale di etichette provenienti da diverse regioni vinicole e soprattutto del posto. Abbiamo optato per un vino rosso corposo e aromatico, che si è rivelato il perfetto accompagnamento per i nostri piatti. Il capo sala era molto preparato e ci ha consigliato abbinamenti perfetti per ogni portata. Oltre alla qualità del cibo e dei vini, l'atmosfera del ristorante era incantevole. La vista panoramica sulle montagne e sulla città di Bolzano e l'arredamento altoatesino hanno reso la cena ancora più romantica. Il personale era cortese e attento, garantendo un servizio impeccabile.

10/01/2024: Non posso che elogiare l'hotel in montagna in cui io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato durante la mia ultima vacanza. Sin dal momento in cui sono entrata, ho avuto l'impressione di essere accolto in un'oasi di tranquillità e bellezza. La struttura è immersa in un paesaggio mozzafiato, circondata da maestose montagne e rigogliosi boschi. Le camere erano spaziose, confortevoli e arredate con gusto. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la vista panoramica sulla città di Bolzano. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La cucina dell'hotel era semplicemente deliziosa. Ho avuto l'opportunità di gustare piatti tradizionali preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ogni pasto era un'esperienza culinaria unica, che mi ha fatto apprezzare ancora di più la cultura e la tradizione locali. In conclusione, il mio soggiorno presso questo hotel in montagna è stato semplicemente perfetto. Ho trascorso giornate indimenticabili immerso nella natura, coccolato dal comfort dell'hotel e viziato dalla squisita cucina. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri vivere un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile in montagna.

05/03/2024: Beautiful culinary experience in a small but welcoming place. The proposals that the menu offers are varied and interesting and the prices are more than adequate for the generous portions that are served :)

30/03/2024: I'm always passing through for a night. Very clean and you can arrive at any time, even in winter. There's not much for dog owners to walk, but it's fine for one night.

28/03/2024: Typical South Tyrolean cuisine finely varied. The service is very attentive and friendly. Our food from the Grühlings menu was excellent. A real tip if you don't want pizza!
