Positive: good selection of breads and pastries, lunch menu small but tasty and good food, nice garden to relax in, friendly service Negative: old atmosphere, slow service, substandard coffee quality!

La Piazza Bistro

04/04/2024: Nice cafe and restaurant! Directly on the Passer opposite the old town, you can stop off here with a beautiful view of Merano and the mountains, with seating both outside and in the winter garden. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. In just a few minutes you can be back in the city.
10/03/2024: There were five of us eating and we were very satisfied with all the dishes. The veal steak was cooked medium rare as ordered. The service was attentive and friendly. The prices are normal to slightly higher, but the quality of the food is very good.

02/05/2024: Restaurant discovered during a visit to the city. Pizza, Neapolitan-style dough, all in all good. The gluten-free one is also quite good (the place is AIC certified). Service a little slow. Price normal. Cozy place. Positive and recommended experience.
12/04/2024: The gluten free pizza was very tasty. When asked, there was unfortunately no indication of this on the map itself. Very loud in the guest rooms and we waited almost an hour for the food.
