17/08/2025: I dined at the inn's restaurant on the evening of my birthday. I'd seen the place by chance, strolling through Tuscania one afternoon, and I have to say it was a truly perfect choice. The place is small and very intimate, with a beautiful view of the church of San Pietro illuminated at night. The food was excellent. It's refined, not ordinary, and very carefully prepared. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can tell they're making things with love. The young man who served us was wonderful. Super kind, very, very nice, not intrusive, and above all, very young. The owner was friendly and attentive to detail. Overall, a place I recommend if you're passing through Tuscania or if you're a local. I'll definitely be back. They even gave me a little heart with the word "Happy Birthday" written on it, which was unexpected and appreciated. Thank you.
12/08/2025: Found a restaurant by chance, and it was a very pleasant surprise. Very good cuisine and good value for money. Go there without hesitation.

06/01/2026: We found this place by chance while walking… it struck us because the menu outside the restaurant also listed vegetarian dishes, absolutely traditional dishes, but highlighted! WELL DONE! I discovered the acquacotta viterbese, truly excellent! The rabbit my companion had (and the amatriciana too) was also exquisite! Excellent tozzetti (as good as mine 😅)!! The waiter was friendly and nice! The food is healthy, delicious, and unpretentious…the best in short! The only flaw is that, despite having great potential, the place could use a bit more attention to detail and a freshen up…and maybe a little more music wouldn't hurt. Highly recommended!
02/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful meal. Everything was traditional, very well cooked, very reasonably priced, and the location is rustic yet elegant. If you're ever in Viterbo, stop by!
