On our way back from the beach, we had lunch at this quaint restaurant, taking advantage of the €20 fixed menu, which includes a delicious meat appetizer, a first course (choice of four), a second course (choice of three or four), a side dish, coffee, and water. The service was prompt and the atmosphere was air-conditioned. Highly recommended!

A trattoria like it used to be! It's worth it. You just have to choose wisely. A fixed-price menu starting from €20 is available. Once you're seated, they immediately bring you a small appetizer while you wait for your choice. I enjoyed the deliciousness of the prosciutto. The meat is equally delicious, cooked over the grill with a roaring fire. The service is fast. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but that doesn't matter because the dishes are good and the portions are generous. If I ever find myself in Tuscania again, it will be a must-visit.

30/07/2026: I stopped at Ristorante Aquila during a trip and was very satisfied. The location, right near the Orte highway toll booth, is very convenient for a quick stop. I found the atmosphere simple, clean, and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff. The dishes are generous, prepared with authentic traditional flavors, and excellent value. The service was prompt and well-organized, ideal for both those passing through and those looking for a leisurely lunch. Parking is also ample and very convenient. It's definitely a place I'll happily return to every time I'm in the area. Recommended for those looking for home-style cooking, generous portions, and fair prices.
27/06/2026: I've been going there for several years and have always had a good experience. But with the change of management, prices have increased by 30%, with the same unobjectionable menu as before. I'll just say the coffee is 2 euros, and I don't think I'll go there anymore.

10/08/2026: We were just passing through on a hot day, and it was the perfect choice. The small, sheltered green pergola was refreshingly cool with a gentle breeze. We arrived with a small child and immediately felt comfortable. We had an excellent meal: pasta with ragu and meatballs. It was very nice that we were seated at a table with other diners. The price was perfect! I highly recommend it.
02/08/2026: A rustic, down-to-earth trattoria with a rustic atmosphere reminiscent of the old-fashioned village trattorias, as they once said. They serve a few traditional Roman dishes, but they're all delicious. Portions are perhaps a little small, but they deliver on their promise: a first course, second course, and side dish, water, and house wine (good), all for €15 per person. We'll be back.
