18/03/2024: My husband chooses this restaurant for his birthday, there are two of us. After so many 1-stars, we try the leap and at Arnolfo's everything is 2 Michelin stars! The perfect service, Mr. Trovato accompanies us on a visit to the cellar, amazing, I've never seen a restaurant with a cellar like this. The dishes are excellent, despite my numerous and annoying allergies, it is the first time I have eaten everything from start to finish without leaving anything on the plate, in a star restaurant Michelin. Really congratulations! The flowers on the table were beautiful, the annoying pollen were removed, I found it wonderful. The new structure is beautiful, designed and designed for the customer, inside which he is made to feel like a king. A surprise cake with candle for my husband, much appreciated. An open kitchen immersed in a fantastic marble wall, the size does justice to the masters who work inside, perfectly framed. EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well deserved two Michelin stars!!! Next time at night, for dinner. If everything is so well looked after, with the lighting at night it should be even more magical. 27/05/2024: We stopped by chance on the way to Volterra and a better choice couldn't have been made. Sitting calmly on the veranda we enjoyed exquisite typical dishes with high quality products. If you happen to take advantage of it and a world will open up to you.

06/03/2024: together with my girlfriend we treated ourselves to a romantic dinner in this wonderful location, I must say that we have rarely received treatment as attentive as on this occasion; service: elegant and modern As for the menu, the quality of the products is excellent, the flavors strong and refined, a shame about the tasting menu which for me (my personal taste) was perhaps a little unbalanced as it featured so many strong flavors and so many dishes. In all cases taken individually the dishes are delicious. Menu: Excellent but could be improved Last but not least, the price is really convenient. Compared to the competition, the quality-price ratio is really excellent.

27/03/2024: Ieri sera ho cenato presso questo ristorante con un grande amico, il locale è curato, accogliente, intimo. Il personale discreto quando necessario e genuinamente amichevole, preparato e professionale. I piatti presentati molto bene, curati e buonissimi. Grazie a queste caratteristiche abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata, uscendo eravamo sazi e assolutamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. Super consigliato, complimenti allo chef che ha saputo trovare il giusto equilibrio tra innovazione e gusto.

07/04/2024: Home away from home. In a beautiful location… warm hospitality with attention to personal details. We were a family group of 15 persons. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable… quiet… how you say it in Italian il dolce di non far niente… recommend it warmly. We had half board breakfast and dinner were great. They prepared a special dinner for our last day. Very informative about places to visit in the surroundings

01/04/2024: Everything perfect. Well connected and very nice hotel. Beds in the family room very comfortable. Ideal for disconnecting. The only mistake was not staying more days.

17/05/2024: I had a quick breakfast two days in a row. I found the brioches very good and "abundant" Overall, the service was fast. So many customers that it makes you wait a bit, but the quality is not lacking. Fair price and friendliness. Too bad I didn't try the pastry shop. I will definitely return.

30/03/2024: Seeing the sign of this restaurant from the outside, it doesn't inspire much to enter, but once you're seated you change your opinion. The food is good but the only thing... I thought the portions would be bigger, but I still come away satisfied. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

22/03/2024: Let's say that from the outside you wouldn't think that you could eat really well here, but the quality of the food, of the combinations of flavors and the search for raw materials is really high. I ate a cardoon flan on a bed of tomato and melted cheese that I was tempted to lick the plate, a fried cod on a bed of excellent puree and seared port, tasted the platter of non-random greetings and cheeses certainly from producers of " once " .....young and nice guys, if I have to nitpick the service is a little slow but then again the kitchen is really small but you have to wait a little when then you are amply repaid for the wait Well done! A good example that with a certain amount of commitment even such young people can create a quality restaurant which is increasingly difficult to find Value for money 🔝👏👏

08/05/2024: A bit of a walk from Palazzo Pacini but just enough to build our appetites! We received a warm welcome and chose Il Collo with Tuna Sauce and Mayonnaise with extra virgin olive oil to share, followed by La Tripe, cinta sausage and saffron from the garden, Il Galletto al mattone, and sides of L' Erbette sautéed with garlic extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper and Le Patate alla Ghiotta. Matched with the house chianti. Service was lovely and a match for the food. Compliments. It got busy so I suggest booking.

18/02/2024: a bit pretentious restaurant, compared to the quality and quantity of dishes served. A mixed cold cuts and cheese starter platter for 3 people. The first few were also good, but nothing exceptional. Good wines, but unprofessional service (even if the staff is very kind and helpful). Excessive cost for what is offered.
