18/03/2024: My husband chooses this restaurant for his birthday, there are two of us. After so many 1-stars, we try the leap and at Arnolfo's everything is 2 Michelin stars! The perfect service, Mr. Trovato accompanies us on a visit to the cellar, amazing, I've never seen a restaurant with a cellar like this. The dishes are excellent, despite my numerous and annoying allergies, it is the first time I have eaten everything from start to finish without leaving anything on the plate, in a star restaurant Michelin. Really congratulations! The flowers on the table were beautiful, the annoying pollen were removed, I found it wonderful. The new structure is beautiful, designed and designed for the customer, inside which he is made to feel like a king. A surprise cake with candle for my husband, much appreciated. An open kitchen immersed in a fantastic marble wall, the size does justice to the masters who work inside, perfectly framed. EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well deserved two Michelin stars!!! Next time at night, for dinner. If everything is so well looked after, with the lighting at night it should be even more magical. 01/06/2024: Excellent meal for two couples. Seated in a small room with great ambience by the window. Attentive service. My wife and I enjoyed sharing tempura vegetables as a starter, a truffled pasta, and sliced sirloin beef. All prepared perfectly with good flavor. Highly recommend.

20/05/2024: Che dire? Conosciamo la Val d'Orcia da 20 anni ma solo ora abbiamo conosciuto questo ristorante. Qualità dei piatti notevole, ottima carta dei vini e, ciliegina sulla torta, un servizio davvero cortese e premuroso. Torneremo!

23/05/2024: Came during my honeymoon with my wife. It was definitely a romantic setting. They sat us even though I did not make a reservation. This was the best Bisteca Fiorentina I had in Italy, better than the much more touristy restaurants we tried in Florence!! Our waiter was also amazing, friendly, communicated well, brought out the steak to show me before it was cooked to give me an idea of how big it was, which was hilarious! We also had the chef's special pasta which also very delicious!

13/05/2024: During a weekend in Rapolano Terme, mindful of the experience of the previous year, I booked for two consecutive dinners. Both evenings were excellent in terms of quality of food, environment and friendliness of the staff. Price adequate for the quality of the food and the wines drunk. Well done!

03/03/2024: The lady at the counter was really nice and welcoming and the ice cream was so flavourful with the perfect texture. I would recommend the biscuit and cream flavour and I will definetly visit again!

06/05/2024: We came here on two separate evenings and really enjoyed it. Max and the team provide excellent service. Their bread (includes focaccia) was the best one we had tried during our trip. The fusiolloni ragu, bread soup and octopus were delicious and would highly recommended. Everything else also tasted nice; as a pistachio fan, the pistachio mousse was not very pistachio forward (tasted more like a white chocolate mousse)

27/05/2024: Con Cuibus mi è stato consigliato da una persona di San Gimignano, ma non mi aspettavo davvero che fosse un ristorante così completo. - Il posto, delizioso: essenziale ma curato, abbiamo cenato nel giardino interno. - Servizio: eccellente, sempre curato ed attento, dal servizio in sala alla presentazione dei piatti. Lorenzo, consigliere esperto e attento (io non avevo ordinato un antipasto/primo e per non farmi stare senza piatto mentre gli altri cenavano, mi ha "sorpreso" con un fiore di zucca fritto con ricotta ed alici; ho apprezzato moltissimo! Cibo: davvero ottimo, dalla proposta, alla materia prima fino alle cotture perfette. La cucina è del Luogo ma lascia stupiti per l'eleganza. Per provare più piatti, abbiamo spaziato dal Mezzuovo, alla terrina di lingua, agli gnudi con querciola e tartufo, pappardella ripiena di ragù di cinghiale, tagliolini con aringa, coscia di agnello marinata al latte, e per finire, lode al tiramisù che è davvero "fatto bene" come dice il menu! Buona cantina dei vini. Bravi, come lo curate e come coccolate il cliente. Lo consiglio davvero, vale il viaggio!

13/05/2024: restaurant où les plats sont bons mais plutôt Castro ( pas fait pour les gros mangeurs ) les plats sont de qualités mais l’atmosphère un peu coincée à mon goût. Très belle carte de vin mais un peu cher . Personnel un peu froid mais professionnel
