30/03/2024: In passato eravamo stati in questo ristorante, che ci era parso ottimo. Ma, quest'ultima volta che ci siamo stati, ci è sembrato che la bontà delle portate sia un po' scaduta. Non so forse hanno cambiato cuoco od ingredienti ma mentre i piatti prima ci sembravano deliziosi questa volta non avevano nulla di speciale.

22/05/2024: What can we say, always a great chef even in such small spaces, only 20 seats, innovative and superb revisiter of tradition. Try his mango, green apple and passion fruit spherifications at the end of a meal or his hamburger with cocoa bean nibs or the low temperature octopus served on a bed of rocket and the rest... discover it for yourself.

11/12/2023: There are places you don't expect. You'll discover Bel Mare if you sit down and eat. The waitress deserves 6 stars. The former are very fast. This raises doubts. My mixed pasta also black, I would have cooked it less, my taste remains. The barbecue is endless. Desserts made by them. Presentation of quality dishes. It remains a beach restaurant, so the location is adjacent to a beach, but objectively the food is good, really good. I'm sure I'll be back. Heartfelt congratulations guys.

15/05/2024: Historic place that has changed management, but I must say that it hasn't lost anything... on the contrary. I personally really appreciate poke for lunch because it is good and filling. Recommendation for a healthy and quick lunch!

03/10/2023: Very small environment with tables at the front entrance, location in the pedestrian area in the town center. The food is delicious to say the least: Caciucco and Moscardini with yesterday's bread, a good white wine and the evening was perfect knowing the owner, a cheerful and fun person. Advised

02/10/2023: Dopo essere stati al caciucco blues a giugno ed essercene innamorati, siamo ritornati ad ottobre e Francesco non ha fatto altro che confermare le sua grandi capacità.. La cucina è prelibata, frutto di ricerca, che si caratterizza per il perfetto equilibrio di sapori e incontri anche contrastanti.. Si. Mangia bene in molti posti, ma qui siamo su un altro livello..la passione si sente nell'armonia con cui ogni ingrediente è dosato alla perfezione.. Sublime.. Non per tutti i palati, perché Occorre saper accettare Francesco e il suo mondo, che a mio parere è onesto e prezioso. Chapeau!!!!

12/05/2024: Ristorante in centro a Piombino, molto curati gli interni, accoglienza cordiale e gentile, ti senti subito a casa, la proprietaria illustra molto dettagliatamente le portate del menù e consiglia i piatti in base alle tue esigenze della serata, menu molto ben architettato, con scelte tra pietanze di mare e di terra, buona la carta dei vini, piatti molto curati e molto gustosi….. Accettata tranquillamente anche la nostra cagnolina, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Siamo stati bene……da consigliare vivamente per una buona cena a Piombino.

07/04/2024: Really nice place, attention to detail and also very clean! I liked the welcome, the staff is kind, professional and above all very knowledgeable! We ordered the anchovies, excellent and the Livornese-style cod, crazy! The cooking of the fish was Michelin Star!!! But the best came when we tasted a dish so good yet so simple, a traditional dish from Livorno: How my grandmother made it... An incredible explosion of flavors and the real reason why we will definitely be back!!!
