14/05/2024: The restaurant is quietly located a little away on the mountain. We got the tip from locals. The starters (i crostini) were excellent, as were all the pasta variations and the skewer (i spiedini) was “a must”. The desserts we ate (tartufo & vin santo) didn't taste homemade. Maybe the desserts with chestnut cream?! 🤷🏻♀️
The service was very friendly and quick.

Very nice place, I was very attracted by the very particular ceiling between a pile of bales, and ancient lamps with steelyards that our grandmothers used.
Very kind and professional staff.
Food?? Everything excellent, from the appetizer to the pici to the wild boar sauce, suckling pig with roast potatoes... good 🍷, delicious dessert
Fair prices, as we can we will return.

05/05/2024: Very beautiful spa immersed in the greenery of Sassetta (LI), suitable for well-being and relaxation, welcoming and helpful staff, to satisfy the palate there is a tavern inside with delicious dishes, of their own production, also having the bio-agriculture company, the wine it's the Top.
04/05/2024: Enchanting and romantic, everything is perfect, from the location, to the services, to the friendly and kind people, they make you feel at home, despite being in an enchanting place.
We spent 3 days in perfect relaxation, with spa, Turkish bath and sauna... spa set in beautiful vegetation, designed for comfort but with respect for the place.
Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, young chefs with an imagination in offering typical dishes with local first fruits.

05/01/2024: La pizza e’ tremenda, molle e soffice, qualcuno ha scritto che sembra quella del supermercato, posso solo confermare.
30/10/2023: Unfortunately, passing through Sassetta, we came across this restaurant, because it was the only one with free seats. Poorly maintained location, menu reduced to a minimum, only one starter available, poor quality first courses, only one choice for second course, wild boar. Wine in carton. Sorry, but having already been to Sassetta, and being a small village, where you hope that in a trattoria, local dishes are cooked or to find at least one local wine, a real disappointment. Even the managers who would have liked to be elsewhere were embarrassed. Terrible service, long wait and high bill for the little we ate. To be avoided.
