08/05/2024: I went today for a family lunch in this Italian excellence. Morel lasagna (house specialty) and fillet with balsamic vinegar (produced on site) truly exceptional! Even the side dishes with a note of merit to the roasted potatoes... an environment where you can breathe history and every detail is perfect, cared for and refined. There is a big one however (at least today) desserts definitely not at the level of the place, service (also excellent) and the rest of the courses. I come from a family of pastry chefs with over 50 years of experience so I am certainly influenced by this but today the dessert trolley consisted of a bavarois based on pavesini, a chocolate pudding, crème caramel, trifle... rice cake (it looked like a rice flan soaked in egg and sugar and perhaps sambuca) and a sort of sacher (simple sponge cake glazed with chocolate without anything else... vegetable cream aside)... everything is perfect right down to the desserts, definitely not at the level of everything the rest…

10/03/2024: Quando l'abito non fa il Monaco! Se non entri a mangiare, il Ristorante potrebbe restare sconosciuto per sempre, ma se mangi qui una volta non puoi fare altro se non ritornarci!

25/02/2024: Arrivati a questo ristorante sull’argine del fiume, ambiente caloroso e personale disponibile. Buoni i salumi ( culatello 24 mesi un po’ fresco), buoni i primi, eccellente la tagliata tenerissima. Ottimi i dolci. Se devo proprio fare una critica, manca il menù al tavolo, ma viene declamato.

Enchanting place (on the floodplain), extremely fascinating historic building renovated with skill, comfortable rooms capable of making you dive into history and make you feel like a true aristocrat. The inebriating scent of cured meats and cheese wafts up from the cellars (a must-visit). High-level cuisine capable of combining territoriality, quality, technique and substance. Excellent welcome and helpfulness also from the host Massimo Spigaroli. The cooking class organized for guests who can try their hand at cooking of undoubted skill is truly interesting and educational.

06/04/2024: As a vegetarian I greatly appreciated the possibility of not having to limit myself to just one first course, as there were options suitable for me even in the starters and second courses. All very tasty! Impeccable and quick service, the staff certainly does not neglect the customer. Well done!!

30/04/2024: I was here for a baptism, very clean place, excellent service and young and competent dining room staff, attention to detail and professional behavior that was up to the task, despite the clientele being demanding. From the appetizer buffet to the dessert, everything was very balanced and well presented; unfortunately it fell on the second course of meat, which was slightly stringy (personal taste). I will definitely be back!

20/02/2024: If you want to fully enjoy the flavor of "the lowlands". Culatello appetizer, cooked shoulder and obligatory fried pie. Then any dish has an exceptional workmanship. Homemade mustard and Mariola the winning combination. House Lambrusco to accompany everything. Quiet place for an evening in good company. Watch out for the prices, you pay for quality.

27/03/2024: Oscar-worthy tortelloni, ricotta that tasted like mascarpone! Tagliatelle with meat sauce good but not special. Tigelle so-so, good gnocco. Excellent cured meats. Varied wine cellar that I didn't expect. 30 euros with an encore of first courses, Tigelle gnocco and a taste of cod fritters, also good. Overall: definitely worth coming back!

31/03/2024: Very good, refined and fresh food, fast service in line with the context Quiet and pleasant atmosphere until 10pm, when they let loose with loud music by Clementino followed by disco, completely changing the atmosphere of the place. Not liking that type of transformed environment, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths of a somewhat ruined evening

30/03/2024: Simple and genuine food, owner available and flexible in managing customer needs, nice choice of wines and honest bill. The landline indicated by Google is almost always off the hook so to book it is best to use the app.

05/05/2024: Typical and genuine tavern, warm atmosphere, like those of the past. Traditional cuisine. Good prices. But that's not all. Each dish expresses wisdom and passion, offering almost forgotten exquisite flavours. Never had tortellini of such perfect shape and such top quality! The gnocchi? Exceptional. Every order leads to very pleasant emotions and sensations. The place is a little far away, but it's worth traveling a few extra kilometers to enjoy real and pleasant caresses on the palate. We thank those who recommended it to us, and we in turn recommend it to everyone!

25/05/2024: As a guest at a company dinner with Microlog, I was surprised by a fantastic venue. Excellent dinner, polite staff and superlative environment. In particular, one of the boys could not consume pork and alcohol and they discreetly and carefully anticipated any problems and embarrassments by adapting the menu. This is the typical Emilian inclusiveness that makes us so proud. Well done.

21/05/2024: Abbiamo cenato nel giardino di questa osteria, dove si sta davvero bene in queste serate primaverili. Nonostante fosse sabato sera e ci fosse molta gente il sevizio è stato molto veloce. Abbiamo mangiato tigelle e gnocco fritto con salumi e formaggi: i piatti sono davvero squisiti, le porzioni sono abbondanti (una porzione comprende 6 tigelle e 6 pezzi di gnocco fritto) e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo! Inoltre appena siamo arrivati ci hanno offerto un pezzo ciascuno di gnocco fritto caldo accompagnato da prosciutto. Complimenti!

05/05/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questa Osteria consigliataci dal proprietario del posto dove alloggiavamo. Si trova poco prima del centro di Formigine, visibile dalla strada. Ottimi piatti. Pasta rigorosamente fatta in casa. Gnocchetti all'aceto balsamico degni di nota: si sciolgono in bocca. Speciali la zuppa inglese e la crema di mascarpone con la "barozzi". Servizio cordiale, simpatia e professionalità, prezzi contenuti. Ci siamo tornati anche la sera dopo, ovviamente. Consigliabilissimo
