28/04/2024: Small restaurant in the centre of Rimini designed in earthy tones with pleasant lighting and sufficient space between tables to have privacy. Overall a very nice evening, with excellent food and accompanying wines (we took the 5-course meat and fish menu), very good, quick and attentative service and that a price that can only be classed as value for money. A clear recommendation. We would come again.

06/05/2024: Advised? YES! From the outside the place appears to be a bar, but don't be fooled by the first impression: they are capable, kind and helpful. They offer vegan/vegetarian dishes where in addition to the classic falafel - which can be found almost everywhere - they also have dishes created by them for a menu... Insoljto :-). Consider that at Christmas and Easter they prepare vegan panettone and colomba that they put on sale, and in their bar you can find self-produced soy milk and vegan desserts made by them... but when ever??? Legendary! We have included it in our favorite places to frequent when we are in the area. Personally I find everything good, well thought out and cared for and I suggest keeping an eye on the FB page to be informed of their dinners with special menus that they offer periodically. Long live the Insoljto Restaurant!!!

27/05/2024: Very nice restaurant right next to Piazza dei Cavalli. The place is very pleasant, away from noise and traffic. And above all, for the first time since we were in Emilia-Romagna, we were able to eat other foods than cold meats, cheese and pasta! The service was friendly and fast and the prices very reasonable. Small additional detail: in the toilets, there is... a bidet! We know abroad that the French are the only ones to ignore this basic hygiene item... but this is really the best! Overall: restaurant to highly recommend if you are in Placenza.

06/05/2024: Struck by the numerous positive reviews, we decide to go to this restaurant for dinner. I want to be very objective in my evaluation, the place is extremely well-kept, eccentric, full of details and very very welcoming. The staff welcomes us with a glass and an aperitif while waiting for our friends. After a while dinner begins, we eat several courses that recall the menu of a farmhouse, cold cuts, soup, some first courses and then a cut. Excellent raw materials cooked well. But now I want to explain the reason for the two stars...120 euros (discounted to 100 at the time of the bill) for a farmhouse menu are absolutely excessive. A price close to that of a starred restaurant without having the title. The lack of genius, the technique, a confusing service that is more concerned with keeping your glass full than with what it is serving (an amarone with truffle ravioli😅) are aspects that would be fine in a rustic place with decidedly different prices. Ok what a location you pay for but the quality/price ratio is extremely low.

03/06/2024: It Is located near the city centre. It is a macrobiotic restaurant but I went there for a vegan dinner with Amic heart products. I love all the menu. I wish to find those dishes every time. The only thing we found out was that we paid 3 bottles of wine instead of 2. I think they need to be careful and maybe advise if someone is paying more.

05/06/2024: Disappointed... I had already been to this pizzeria, about a year ago.. The pizza was decent, this time, I'm sorry to say, it was inedible, it was rubber, I couldn't chew it and swallow it, calamari, stringy, rubbery and hard... very kind staff, beautiful location, exorbitant price for 2 pizzas, one Naples and the other 'another Margherita with the addition of some squid, a medium beer and a water, almost 40 euros, too bad in Naples these are not pizzas.

05/06/2024: Perhaps the most famous in the city. Excellent service, pizza always up to par. Clean and very large place, for all tastes.

11/05/2024: It was my first time at Casta Diva and I was really satisfied. The reinterpretations of some traditional dishes are very interesting, the raw materials are truly excellent. Inside, the restaurant is intimate, very intimate, ideal for a dinner for two. The service is fast and attentive. I recommend trying the second courses and obviously letting yourself be influenced by the chef's proposals. Advised.

07/05/2024: I have enjoyed three unforgettable dinners at this fabulous restaurant. The food is innovative and beautifully judged to delight and surprise. The owner and his team have created a unique experience which attracts a warm and friendly clientele. I can't wait to visit again when next on Ferrara.
