Advised? YES! From the outside the place appears to be a bar, but don't be fooled by the first impression: they are capable, kind and helpful. They offer vegan/vegetarian dishes where in addition to the classic falafel - which can be found almost everywhere - they also have dishes created by them for a menu... Insoljto :-). Consider that at Christmas and Easter they prepare vegan panettone and colomba that they put on sale, and in their bar you can find self-produced soy milk and vegan desserts made by them... but when ever??? Legendary! We have included it in our favorite places to frequent when we are in the area. Personally I find everything good, well thought out and cared for and I suggest keeping an eye on the FB page to be informed of their dinners with special menus that they offer periodically. Long live the Insoljto Restaurant!!!

We came to Insoljto because we searched the internet for a restaurant that did vegan food. Looking at it from the outside it looks like a dated but well-kept place, but upon entering you find a smiling and helpful welcome. The nice thing is that you find classic and vegan food combined, so that we can all eat together in harmony 🙂. I will definitely go back because there are vegan delicacies that you hardly find. WELL DONE!

Finally a vegan restaurant worthy of being one! The owners are very nice and helpful! Generous portions and extraordinarily good, but above all unique, dishes! Highly recommended even for those who are not vegan, the important thing is that what you eat is good!
