Fabulous place: hospitality, kindness, professionalism, fabulous location and excellent food, you can't ask for anything better.

Non sono solito dare 5 stelle , ma in questo caso sono più che meritate . Bellissimo posto sulle colline di Montefiore , qui i proprietari hanno saputo ricreare uno suggestivo chalet di montagna . L arredamento molto azzeccato , i divani di pelliccia sono il top non da meno il pianoforte al centro sala per non parlare della ‘’gabbia’’ dove si può cenare all’ interno . L occhio qui è più che soddisfatto , ma parliamo del cibo , non ci sono piatti elaboratissimi molte le portate sono quelle della tradizione, tutte gustose e genuine . Il prezzo un po’ sopra la media più che meritato visto l atmosfera che sono riuscito a creare.

It was one of the most beautiful experiences in a wonderful location... we ate and drank in a sublime way, the bill is commensurate with the experience that will be had... to make a long story short, you sit down and are accompanied by this pampering without having to think about nothing, the menu is displayed along the way and the wine is poured in abundance making the whole adventure of the evening flow very well...fantastic, we will be back soon!

Truly, a warm environment, full of small details that make the environment very original and beautiful, the staff very kind, attentive, fixed menu, with several dishes, and each course with its own wine, all of excellent quality, I highly recommend it , I will return soon

Beautiful location, discreetly romantic, not very easy to reach and park, beautiful view of Montefiore from the outside. Fixed tasting menu with scallops, well-made Italian fried food, cold cuts, soup, etc. Three first courses and one second course and dessert. Each dish is accompanied with a different DOCG wine. Value for money slightly high in my opinion.

When you arrive at Baita Tiperia you feel like you've been catapulted into a magical hut in the heart of the mountain where time stands still. We received 13 courses from appetizers to desserts without counting the various accompaniments. Simple dishes but with great attention to every detail. The choice of matching wines is excellent. I loved this place with all my heart and highly recommend it to anyone who loves to be pampered on a journey into flavors and good living.

Un posto magico, caldo e accogliente, ci si sente coccolati già dal momento in cui si varca la porta d’ingresso. Menu degustazione “fisso”, bisogna fare un atto di fede, perché non troverete una carta menú e nemmeno la carta dei vini, ma fidatevi, rimarrete estasiati dall’inizio alla fine. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, spero che possano ricevere quanto prima i migliori riconoscimenti dalle maggiori guide gastronomiche. Attenzione, le portate sono numerose ed anche i calici di vino in degustazione (7-8 calici), meglio presentarsi “ a stomaco vuoto”! Il conto è commisurato al numero di portate, dunque ovviamente si tratta di una spesa importante, da tenerne conto prima di prenotare, inutile poi lamentarsi, perché in ogni caso i prezzi sono giusti e assolutamente in linea con quanto bevuto e mangiato. Un plauso speciale all’oste, persona squisita e professionale, un artista della ristorazione.
