E' uno dei ristoranti che considero del cuore, se mi trovo a passare da quelle parti, é quasi automatico fermarmi a pranzo o a cena, uno di quei locali dove il tempo si é fermato, ma nel suo punto migliore...
Se però cercate stravaganza stile "masterchef" non è la vostra tavola, perchè al suo posto troverete la sostanza langarola...
Qui la cortesia e il servizio attento sono di casa da sempre.
Una carne cruda o un'insalata di bollito da provare, assolutamente al top.
Tajarin al ragù di carne come pochi se ne trovano, agnolotti deliziosi e una ghiottissima minestra di trippa.
Il bollito con le sue salse la fa da padrone e merita la lode, una finanziera ( quando c'è) che vale la gita...
Ottimi dolci e ottima cantina con giusti ricarichi.
Un prezzo onesto soprattutto a fronte della qualità fornita.
Da provare assolutamente.

It is one of the restaurants that I consider to be of the heart, if I find myself passing through those parts, it is almost automatic to stop for lunch or dinner, one of those places where time has stopped, but in its best point...
However, if you are looking for "masterchef" style extravagance, this is not your table, because in its place you will find the Langhe substance...
Courtesy and attentive service have always been at home here.
A raw meat or a boiled salad to try, absolutely top notch.
Tajarin with meat sauce like few others, delicious agnolotti and a delicious tripe soup.
The boiled meat with its sauces reigns supreme and deserves praise, a financier (when there is one) that is worth the trip...
Excellent desserts and excellent cellar with fair mark-ups.
An honest price especially considering the quality provided.
Absolutely worth trying.

Classic Piedmontese cuisine, absolutely worth trying. Close to the Carrù toll booth of the A6. Reservations welcome. Quality and courtesy are not lacking. Low prices.

The boiled meat with the sauces to match is spectacular, we also tried the fried snails and the mix of Piedmontese appetizers and what can I say? Everything excellent!! The staff is very attentive and prepared, congratulations to all.

High expectations but a little disappointed. Let's talk about the mixed boiled meat: the chicken was missing; the famous 7 sauces were actually 6 and 1 was served double to make up the number, 1 of these seven was in a portion for one person (4 of us); if you don't like some part of the mixed boiled meat they won't serve it to you but they won't ask you, out of politeness, if you would like an encore... but the price is full. Desserts decidedly understated, they were neither sweet nor tasty. Starters and meat still good. Likewise the wine of the area. I would say that a second chance can be given.
