Perfect butcher shop for meat lovers; quality cured meats and fine meats make up tartare and carpaccio, which are then seasoned with refined ingredients and combinations. For meat lovers, with generous portions.

Pleasant discovery after years of visiting S. Gimignano. The place (not the location that I hate as an English-speaking term) is perfect, away from the tourist crowd but still in the historic center, to the left of the church, run by young guys. Be careful, you don't eat cooked food, but only high quality cold cuts and excellent tartare (it's a butcher's shop and therefore the meat is good), I tried the selection of cured meats for one person which was plentiful so much so that we ate it between two and then a classic tartare, both dishes worth 10. To drink a bottle of Sangiovese (14.5 degrees) which is also good (among other things the owner took care to ask first how much was the price range I wanted to spend for wine as there is no dedicated list). Finally they offered us coffee. I don't know if they had desserts... However, based on my forty years of experience in restaurants, I obviously recommend it if you like raw, sliced ​​or cheese.
