13/05/2024: I had already been there, unfortunately something is missing from the cacio e pepe I ate, if you make it in Rome they will kick you out... the cut is just enough and then a salad served with two mini cruets for oil and vinegar, vintage rations never seen before. Oloo so clear and tasteless that it seems like seeds. The salt shaker with a few grains of salt inside is semi-empty. At coffee time the waiter arrives with two sachets of sugar, one normal and one brown. He holds them in his hand and asks you which one you want. I take it without sugar and take the two precious sachets with you. In short, I give three stars because the food, although anonymous without its own character, was edible but you can really give more and avoid rationing. With half a liter of Barbera wine we pay 50 euros. Fair price for what is consumed.
