During our stay in Val d'Aosta, we had lunch twice. We had a great time. Everyone is kind. Good food. I advise.

Yes it has expanded and renovated, but it has managed to maintain the spirit of the old tavern, genuine and sincere. I had the tagliatelle with venison ragù, very good as I expected. Well done, keep it up.

When I find myself in Aosta I always stop for dinner at the tavern. The food is excellent and the cost is reasonable.

Excellent! Impeccable service, delicious cuisine, warm and clean establishment. Already several visits to this restaurant and still satisfied, go there with your eyes closed. I recommend 100%

Locale nel pieno centro di Aosta nella via principale. All’interno molto bello e curato con dettagli interessanti. Menù tipico e vario e prezzi non eccessivamente alti. I piatti davvero buoni e impattati bene, servizio ottimo, molto attento e disponibile. Selezione dei dolci fatti in casa molto buoni.

Posto molto carino, elegante, pulito. Si trova proprio vicino alla piazza principale di Aosta. Servizio top, velocissimo e personale cordiale. Mangiato le tagliatelle al ragù di capriolo..ottime! Buona anche la polenta con ragù di vitello

Ho prenotato un tavolo seguendo il consiglio di un caro amico valdostano.il locale davvero molto carino, l’arredamento curato in ogni dettaglio il personale giovane simpatico e professionale.i piatti sono davvero squisiti. Prezzi nella norma per il livello del locale con congratulazione ragazzi siete davvero bravi

Una piacevole scoperta. Positiva. Un bel locale, pulito. Il bagno tenuto in maniera lodevole. Bravi i ragazzi del personale, gentili e disponibili, buono il menu, mangiato dei tagliolini al ragù di capriolo ed una bistecca alla valdostana, entrambi ottimi e ottimo anche il dolce.

12/01/2024: Cena di quattro persone con due bimbi piccoli. Mangiato davvero bene: gli adulti un flan di verze e vitello tonnato in antipasto e poi gnocchi e ravioli ricotta e borragine. I bambini del jambon alla brace con patatine fritte fini (les allumettes), che hanno finito leccandosi i baffi. Bevuto un eccellente barbera d'Asti di Vinchio Vaglio in accompagnamento al pasto su consiglio del proprietario, che si è dimostrato davvero cortese e simpatico. Ottimo posto che consiglierei per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

A la Table du Sommelier

16/03/2024: Very kind and friendly waiters, but I've been waiting for 2 hours for a piece of medium-rare meat..
16/03/2024: Sylvie, The Sommelier and Hotel Owner was really welcoming to us. We had flown into Malpensa and St Vincent was the perfect stopover en route to Cervinia. Sadly we did not get to dine at the Restaurant, which is tucked in behind the hotel, however Sylvie who was recovering from illness still managed to rustle us up a bottle of local wine and a cheese platter with bread. Room comfortable and town really quiet once the church bell stopped chiming at 10p! In the morning Sylvie prepared us a full breakfast and shared some information about the valley and what to visit in future. Look forward to our next trip when hopefully Sylvie’s staff will all be feeling better and we can dine a la table du Sommelier!
