Brasserie du Saint Bernard In Saint-oyen

14/09/2023: Per arrivare al ristorante bisogna salire sopra Saint-Rhemy en Bosses per alcuni chilometri fino a quasi 2000 metri... quindi un luogo non dietro l'angolo! La vista panoramica è unica e rimunerativa. Il cibo è molto buono e si possono gustare piatti locali con vini della regione.

21/08/2023: This is a family-run restaurant working all year. In the winter it serves skiers between runs, in the summer it turns into a more sophisticated a la carte restaurant. The menu features all the local dishes and they exclusively use locally sourced products - most of which they farm or cure themselves. They get creative combining traditional ingredients with something more modern and the results are amazing! We had the fondue a la valdotaine and the local jambon de Bosses (which they cure in house). The fondue came with lots of side dishes and it was extremely filling! I highly recommend this place. Kudos to Erika, who runs the place flawlessly and always with a smile on her face.
