25/02/2024: A soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Parking Côté Est de la ville di Viale Partigiani, in una piccola via spostata dal centro di Aosta, troverete la meta perfetta per gli amanti del vero panino. Una caratteristica in particolare però colpirà la vostra attenzione, ossia quella di un'attenta selezione e utilizzo di ingredienti 100% Valdostani. Il locale si presenta su due livelli con spazi interni ben curati. All'interno del locale verrete accolti con il sorriso e serviti con grande gentilezza. Troverete inoltre carne di ottima qualità certificata AREV ( Associazione Regionale degli Allevatori Valdostani) ed eccellenti ingredienti con la peculiare caratteristica di essere a km 0, come il loro prosciutto di Bosses. Assolutamente da non perdere dalla sezione "Burger Gourmet", il GODURIOSO. Sono presenti nel menù alcune proposte di panini VEGETARIANI e su richiesta anche SENZA GLUTINE. È consigliata la prenotazione!

10/05/2024: Piacevolissima esperienza! Un'Osteria che premia il cibo e i piatti locali con attenzione, il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il menù ha ottime proposte ed è possibile optare anche per un menù degustazione. Ho trovato i piatti bilanciati, di buon gusto e non pesanti. Ottima anche la carta dei vini, numerose proposte locali ma non mancano le proposte fuori regione. Il locale è intimo, riservato e con pochi coperti. Per questo non lo consiglio a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Assolutamente consigliato anche per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tornerò molto volentieri!

07/05/2024: During the two days we were in Aosta, we went to this restaurant twice. The first time I ordered the Prosciutto platter and lamb chops, and the second time I ordered the Aosta traditional cheese pot and dessert. It tasted particularly good and the meals were all local traditions. The boss will introduce the ingredients and the best way to eat each dish when serving special dishes. The environment is warm and we went directly without making a reservation twice. This restaurant can also be found on Guida Michelin~

30/05/2024: I was there, I ate very well, I paid the right amount, the staff was very kind, and I recommend everyone to try the very original "Elephant Ears" if you don't know what they are... Go there and order them, but... ... there are many other dishes, each better than the other. You can always take a tour of the Rotonda.

01/01/2024: Locale nel centro di Aosta dall'atmosfera accogliente e confortevole per una cena tra amici. Il cibo è ottimo, di qualità e tipico. L'aspetto più entusiasmante però è stata senza dubbio la cortesia e attenzione riservata ai clienti da parte del proprietario Mario, persona squisita e gentile. I 10 minuti di attesa del tavolo sono stati ben ripagati dal brindisi offerto e dalle chiacchiere scambiate con il personale. Super consigliato

29/04/2024: Ho dato 4 stelle solo per la location, un po'vecchiotta, con una insegna piccola e nulla che inviti ad entrare. Ma la pasta fatta in casa è davvero fantastica, ci siamo tornati anche il giorno dopo per provarne altra! Piatti abbondanti, con tanto buon sugo.

06/04/2024: Fritti misti molto poveri per il prezzo, neanche 10 calamari e non c’erano alcuni piatti sul menu. Avevamo visto i prezzi sul sito internet ma non combaciavano con il menu portato al tavolo, erano piu alti.

23/05/2024: What a surprise! A menu on the wall in a not so attractive alley, but we entered anyway because we liked the dishes. Suddenly we find ourselves in a small, very neat and cozy restaurant. The food is very good, the wines the same. For just a little bit more than we paid in very average restaurants in Aosta, we now eat excellently and at a high standard. Class and a great experience!
