Sunday lunch, passing through Saluzzo to visit the village on a beautiful November day. Welcoming environment, attention to service, kindness shown by Mara already during the telephone booking phase (which, from experience, should not be taken for granted, especially when you are a tourist calling from outside). Delicate cuisine, harmonious flavors embellished with tasty condiments. We had a first course, a second course and a dessert. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. We didn't order wine, but the cellar selection looked promising. Also considering the particularity of the location, I allow myself just one small suggestion: printing the à la carte menu on a more refined support. Good work!
