I purchased the land menu proposed for New Year's Eve at the price of €25.50. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, all of which was excellent and appreciated by the guests I had invited. Superlative baked lasagna. Thanks to Dutto pasta, to the orders who served us and to all the staff for the good kitchen work done. An experience definitely worth repeating. Keep it up

Excellent quality, bought plin ravioli with truffles today, sublime! As I always say, taste is subjective but quality is objective and here it is really high! Well done!

Café Noir

17/01/2024: Located in the center of Mondovi, exactly in front of the town hall. The place is not too large, slightly noisy when it is a little more crowded. The external dehors, however, is very spacious, with a covered and heated part, very liveable even in the cold seasons. Very quick and courteous service, perhaps not very effusive but still more than acceptable. Good choice of cocktails, appetizers in the right quantity to accompany the aperitif. Excellent value for money.
13/01/2024: Ottima accoglienza, vino consigliato ottimo e atmosfera super rilassante, senza contare il tagliere degno di un’americana. Personale professionale e molto empatico. Una rarità ! Complimenti… torneremo !

26/11/2023: Business lunch full of taste, friendliness and refinement, absolutely worth trying! On Saturday for lunch, six of us meet in this fantastic place with the traditional style of the Alta Langa. We find ourselves in an environment that speaks of the passion and professionalism of the owners who for generations have successfully dedicated themselves to customer service in the field of hôtellerie (at the moment it seems to me that the hotel is closed), catering and entertainment (once ballroom and now disco). We choose the "work" menu (it is defined as such solely because it is the cheapest, but I would define it as gourmande) which includes an encore of Piedmontese starters (choice of: veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, green tongue, polenta with cream of leeks, chickpea salad, squares of tomato and cheese and who knows how much more), the first (choice between: gnocchi with raschera or tomato, ravioli with plin butter and sage), the second (choice between: roast beef, roast, stew, alternatively you can have a plate of mixed cheeses with raschera and the typical local robiola accompanied by jam and walnuts) and side dish, dessert of your choice between: nougat semifreddo, meliga pastries with muscat zabaglione, bonet (yes you can also try asking for a trio (a taste of three different desserts) and coffee. Everything is very refined and refined as you can see from the photos. Of course to drink still and/or sparkling water and house white, red or rosé wine (all the house wines are supplied by a local producer and are very good). It may seem strange, but you just have to try it!!!
