Mancavamo da tanto tempo, ma l’accoglienza, i piatti ben cucinati, la gentilezza e l’attenzione del personale sono sempre molto buoni. Forse un po’ caro, ma ci torneremo

Excellent wild berry risotto with thyme and Castelmagno fondue. Super delicate and delicious dessert. Very friendly and nice waitress. What an excellent place.

Di" Bettola" ha solo il nome... sicuramente non è un 3 stelle, perché meriterebbe di più... accoglienza, pulizia, qualità e attenzioni particolari verso i clienti.

Ristorante storico, pulito e ben organizzato, servizio superlativo, simpatici, sempre disponibili e competenti. Ci vado ogni tanto, ma questa volta ho trovato il fritto misto alla piemontese al di sotto del solito livello e per quello che ho pagato, ci si aspetta sempre molta qualità. Però è un posto che consiglio.

Un bel ristorante dove si può mangiare la cucina tipica piemontese spostandosi anche in ricette di altre regioni mantenendo la qualità. Personale gentile , attento e preparato. Sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Da provare

05/04/2024: Found on trip advisor, we were a little hesitant at the entrance, in fact it looks like a pastry shop but instead it turned out to be an excellent restaurant with good food.

09/05/2024: Very central location in Varallo, historic village, hotel with appropriate furnishings for the place with furniture and objects of the past, excellent restaurant, kind and hospitable, the only flaw for me as I am a light sleeper is the room overlooking the main street and therefore passing cars good time.
06/04/2024: First of all, dinner was a great pleasure. The excellent and varied food, but at the same time with a limited menu (which also facilitates the choice) was accompanied by impeccable service. The dining room staff makes you feel at home, but providing a classy service. You can tell it's a family tradition. Finally, the rooms live up to its tradition.
