25/05/2024: We came on Saturday evening for dinner to celebrate an anniversary, First of all, we were greeted, both by the owner and by the waiters, with a lot of class and friendliness. The location is enchanting to say the least, an old farmhouse furnished in antique style, with a romantic and convivial atmosphere at the same time. When you enter, the first thing that catches your eye at the entrance is a considerable number of wine bottles on display and old slicers from the past. Once seated at the table we were served a welcome aperitif, which consisted of a bread crouton with dried tomato and anchovy mousse, a mini croissant with lamb and rice cream and a breaded polteta, accompanied by a small glass of liqueur. As an appetizer we had: the 4 in 1 that is, a piece of fassone and hazelnut moionese, veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad with tuna belly, roasted peppers with anchovy First we took: A risotto with asparagus and agretti A panissa with beans and duja salami As a second we took: Duck breast in sweet and sour sauce A real beef cooked for a long time in Nebbiolo and crunchy polenta All accompanied by a bottle of wine Barbera passito with overripe grapes from 2021. If you want to spend a romantic evening as a couple or an evening in the company of friends without the chaos and general chatter and enjoy excellent expertly cooked food, this is the right place. Great discovery.. very welcoming, very high professionalism, excellent quality.. being in the rice field area.. obviously we chose the risotto in the form of parmesan.. really good! If you pass by here... go and visit them... it's not cheap but it has the right price for the quality!

15/05/2024: We happened upon it by chance for Mother's Day There were 10 of us, the service was excellent but we immediately noticed the poor choice of the menu in fact my son was only able to eat a first course because the rest wasn't to his liking we waited a long time with everything that the place wasn't very crowded the quality of the good food apart from my starter which I didn't like the portions were small I don't think we'll be back I'm sorry but we didn't have a good time.

04/05/2024: Quaint and really good place. The shrimp and pancetta tagliatelle are incredible and their amaro delle Langhe is a must try. Reservation recommended

20/05/2024: This is how I imagine a typical restaurant in this area. Excellent food and a good wine recommendation from the friendly staff. We had some problems with English and Italian at times, but everything worked out in the end. Were very satisfied.

25/04/2024: Super lunch. When we entered we thought we would spend a fortune. Child management. Few tables and very attentive welcome. Very good food with quality products. The risotto with saffron and asparagus is delicious, as are the starters, carefully prepared and tasty. In the end with 2 bottles of wine 1 starter and 2 first courses just over 100 euros. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area again. Highly recommended!!

21/04/2024: High quality restaurant, which knows how to combine tradition with modern and scientifically understood cuisine: two of us took it a Piedmontese appetizer, rich and truly good from raw meat to Russian salad, a panissa, a typical Vercelli dish of rice and beans with duja salami, where each ingredient was cooked to the right point to unleash the explosion of flavors of the Maillard reaction, tripe and beans, also excellent And a glass of wine, (note the amazing cellar of expertly chosen wines) Excellent and recommended
