20/09/2025: Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff is very helpful, and the chalet (we had a ground-floor chalet - Dolimia C) is spacious and comfortable. The chalets are located next to the road, making them easy to access.
In any case, thank you for your stay. It was pleasant. And above all, the scenery is breathtaking!
13/09/2025: First time for my wife and I. The room was excellent, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the dinner was gourmet, but with decent portions. A guarantee!

08/09/2025: We went there one day for lunch for work, very nice place.
24/08/2025: I chose Acero Rosso to celebrate my partner's birthday, a choice that's often difficult because I eat meat and he's vegan, but in this truly welcoming place we even found some top-notch plant-based options for him. The service is attentive, both from the hosts, who clearly care about customer satisfaction and the quality of their dishes, and from Ester, the waitress, who was smiling and very kind. The quality of the dishes truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was truly balanced, tasty, and delicious. Congratulations, we'll be back! See you soon!

12/09/2025: I tried to eat there on Thursday, but it was packed :( We went early on Friday and got a table!
The service: both are super friendly. We come regularly and certainly didn't have to wait too long. The food is some of the best we've had on our vacation. You can taste that this place is all about local, homemade cuisine and dishes. Super tasty without too much fuss. Truly delicious. And compared to the area, the prices are anything but unreasonable.
I'd say: come eat here!
A tip: the semifreddo with amaretto!

19/09/2025: So, first of all, my deepest sympathy and respect for those who attempt the refuge (despite it not being a "high-altitude" refuge).
In winter, I think it's difficult due to transportation... and in summer, it's very crowded, since you can also get there by car, with all the inconveniences that entails depending on the type of people arriving.
It certainly doesn't please everyone, that's normal.
However, I was there during a quiet period; the food offering is typical of refuges; I wasn't looking for anything else, but the attention to detail in the dishes should be better controlled.
In my case, the pastin was badly burned on the outside (black), so much so that I had to "fix" it to eat half of it.
I understand a lot of things: family-run? The slightly dated kitchen equipment? Or maybe just a bad day and a poor eye for
what's on the plate?
I'll go back for a tour and reassess.

This refuge is worth considering!
